The wizard is a special group in the rural society which it is a special existence in the traditional cultural phenomenon,and it is also a very controversial special topic.They are the general existence of "God" and act as a medium for communication between the Gods and the ghosts.They are both the organizer and the host of the sacrificial activities,whether in the family or in the place of collective sacrifice.When contradictions and disputes arise in the villages,they often play the role of "firefighters" and deal with various public affairs in the village fairly and impartially.The group of wizards not only has a very high social status and social authority in the rural community,but also has a wide range of believers and loyal fans,it plays an active role in inheriting the traditional culture and maintaining social stability.There is a proverb that says "gold is not enough,people are not perfect," because of the special status of the sorcerers and the peculiar sacrificial sacrifices,they are often called "witches and gods" by outsiders,the negative impact of this group has hindered rural governance and rural development.It can be regarded as one of the feasible paths in the process of village governance to make rational use of the positive influence of the wizard group,limit its negative influence and guide it to participate in rural governance.Rural governance is an important part of the overall goal of the party and the country to achieve "the modernization of the country's governance system and governance capabilities." It is an important issue in the process of the party and the country's modernization.It relates to the survival and development of vast numbers of villagers,relates to the future and destiny of the vast rural areas,and affects the prosperity and prosperity of the nation.At the same time,it also affects the stability and prosperity of the country.As a big country of traditional agriculture,the development of rural areas in our country not only plays a decisive role in the development of the entire society but also is one of the most prominent problems in building a harmonious socialist society in our country.Since the 1990 s,the issue of village governance has become a hot topic in academic research.With the deepening of the process of modernization and urbanization,the problems and contradictions in rural society continue to emerge,which seriously affecting the development process and survival dynamics of rural governance.Increasing the intensity of research on rural governance is conducive to further enriching the theoretical system of rural governance and providing a theoretical reference for the current difficulties faced by rural governance.At the same time,it is also a practical need to solve the problems of rural governance.In this paper,the area of Yunnan-Guilin junction is the focus of the field survey,focusing on visits to the Miao,Zhuang and Buyi villages in Jiuwuji Township,Luoping County,Yunnan Province,Xingyi City,Guizhou Province,Southwest Guizhou Province,and the townships of Puhe Miao Nationality,Xilin County,Guangxi Province.As well as Yi shaman group.The main theme of this study is the status of witch culture and belief in the region,the survival dynamics of the shaman groups,and the basic conditions of rural governance.Making full use of local historical data and the results of previous research,combined with first-hand data of actual research,it truly reflects The development of thelocal rural society,and the use of functionalist theory to analyze the role played by the shaman group in rural governance,to explore the possibility of shaman group participation in rural governance.The research methods adopted in the article include literature survey,observation and participation observation,in-depth interviews,and pedigree investigation.Through these methods,the shaman group is better connected with rural governance.This article includes introduction,text and epilogue,a total of seven parts.The first part mainly elaborated the research background of this article,on the wizarding community and rural governance at home and abroad is briefly reviewed and introduced in this paper,the research ideas,research methods,research process and research theory;the second part mainly introduces the cultural context of DianQianGui fringe area,focusing on the local geographical overview,layout and living way,languages,religions,lives,customs,ethnic origin,history and national relations has carried on the simple description,in order to fully display the overall situation of the integration of the DianQianGui;the third part mainly describes the DianQianGui fringe area witch belief,the elements of the system including the local Gods,rituals,ritual place,clergy,social organization and the development of the wu faith evolution process,this not only showed in detail,the local environment of the faith,as well as described in the wizarding community living environment groundwork;the fourth part is the DianQianGui bungalows in the wizarding population dynamic,mainly for the identity of the wizarding community,for daily life,the ritual activities,social status and social relations in-depth excavation and analysis,to present to the readers a wizard is the most true side,to explore the wizard community participation in rural governance the stage;the fifth part is nowadays the dianqiangui fringe area present situation and existing problems of rural governance,first from the rural governance condition of the whole country,on the whole grasp the general situation of the development of rural governance,and then describes the status quo of the rural governance in DianQianGui bungalows,understanding the mode of the local rural governance,finally further found from the present situation of local rural governance problems existing in the current,in order to put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures;the sixth part analyzed the inner mechanism of the wizarding community participation in rural governance and development trend,and from the theoretical level analysis in the wizarding community participation in rural governance countermeasure and the suggestion.The seventh part mainly from the perspective of modernization,and new era for the wizarding community participation in rural governance thinking,to rise to the use of folk beliefs to consider the reality of rural governance.Accoding to analysis and the reality of rural governance of DianQianGui fringe area in the wizarding community through the layers,the author believes that make full use of the wizarding community is exerted by the function,reasonable control its negative function,can try to wizard group as new management means and mode applied to rural governance.Wizard group of cultural inheritance function,the function of psychological mediation,moral enlightenment function,ecological protection and maintaining social stability,and the majority of reality are villagers' demands,at the same time,with the ultimate goal of rural governance.From the macro perspective,which conforms to the national managementsystem and management requirements of modern governance capacity,conforms to the party and state the basic requirement of building a harmonious society;from the microcosmic point of view,this to the country's political,economic,culture,education and the development of the society plays a positive role in promoting.In general,to strengthen the guidance and management of the wizard group,to deepen the understanding of the wizarding community,objectively treat its positive effect and negative effect,can correctly use the wizard in the rural governance group this double-edged sword.
