Research On The Historical Evolution Of Soviet Socialist Theory Exploration | | Posted on:2019-09-10 | Degree:Doctor | Type:Dissertation | | Country:China | Candidate:Y Q Zhang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:1365330545963519 | Subject:World History | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In the history of human development in the 20th century,the Soviet Union has a special significance:it was the first socialist state in mankind’s history but at the same time a self-extinguishing country;it has brought vigorous life to socialism but meanwhile has caused unprecedented reverses to socialist course.Reviewing the course of development of the Soviet Union for more than seventy years,exploring the theoretical evolution made by the CPSU in the process of building socialism are important contents to address the historical development of the Soviet Union.Although the collapse of the Soviet Union was nearly three decades from now,the understanding of the Soviet Union,especially the understanding of its theory about socialism,is still under continuous exploration.One of the most discussed issues is the relationship between the Stalinist model and Soviet socialism.After long-term research,we found that the way to understand Soviet socialism is of great significance.The Stalin model is not equal to Soviet socialism.The Stalin model was gradually formed in the process of establishing and building Soviet socialism,therefore,it is a type of theory of Soviet Socialism.Practice has proved that the model is not a successful one.The most prominent feature of the Stalin model is the high degree of centralization of all kinds of resources in society.Although this is conducive to giving full play to the advantage of socialism in "concentrating efforts on major issues," it also greatly constrains the optimal combination of social production factors.In the long run,it is not beneficial to the sustained and balanced development of socialism and will surely affect the socialism productivity.In fact,the Stalin model ultimately brought disastrous consequences to Soviet socialism.This paper takes Soviet Socialist Theory as the object of study.By elaborating the"Soviet Socialist Theory" in different historical periods,this paper reveals the process and problems of the exploration of the Soviet socialist theory,based on which it comes to the conclusion that the reason of its failure is that the process of building the Soviet Union’s socialist theory and its practice exploration deviates from the basic principle of Marxism,from the right knowledge of the essence of socialism and from the fundamental task of socialism,which is liberating and developing productive forces.The highly centralized and undemocratic political ecology has led to rampant corruption and people’s loss of confidence in the socialism in the Soviet Communist Party and the Soviet Union,resulting in the eventual disintegration of the Soviet Union.This paper will expound from six aspects,lists as following:The first chapter mainly expounds the research object,the significance of the thesis,the overview and methods as well as innovation points of the researchThe second chapter analyzes the formation of the socialist theory in Soviet Russia,analyzes the spread of early Marxism in Russia,and reveals the characteristics of Russian proletariat and the formation and development of Lenin’s socialist theory.The third chapter mainly elaborates the Stalinist theory of socialism,including the formation and development of Stalin’s socialist theory,the main contents and characteristics of Stalin’s socialist theory.The fourth chapter analyzes the post-Stalinist socialist theory of reform,clarifying Khrushchev’s exploration of the socialist theory,Brezhnev’s socialist practice and the transitional leaders Andropov and Cherenkov Socialist reform theory.The fifth chapter mainly elaborates Gorbachev’s revision of the scientific socialism theory.From Gorbachev’s denial of Stalin’s model,Gorbachev’s "new thinking" and"humanitarian and democratic socialism" And Gorbachev’s revision of the consequences of the theory of scientific socialism and its impact on three aspects to be discussed.The sixth chapter explores the reasons for the failure of the Soviet Union in the final analysis from the theoretical introspection of the development path of the Soviet Socialism.Using it as a mirror to study the internal relations between Soviet socialist theory and the dissolution of the Soviet Union,and linking socialism with Chinese characteristics to Soviet society The transcendence and development of the theory of doctrine,the impact of the Soviet Union’s dissolution on China and the international community,and some suggestions on how to develop in today’s society so as to avoid repeating the tragic mistakes of the Soviet Union. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, view of socialism, Stalin pattern, the collapse of Soviet union | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
