The Historical Interpretation Of Marx's Concept Of Value

To create the socialism political economy with Chinese characteristics,the first theoretical premise is to be firmly based on the concept of value,the theoretical foundation of Marx's political economy.The concept of value is more a historical question than a theoretical one because as a theoretical thinking of the abstract provisions,the concept of value is the thinking product which is not a pure movement of our mind but the social subject or the socioeconomic structure.According to Marxism,the modern capitalism is what the social subject means to refer to.And the capital,which has always independently dominated and manipulated all the other social activities in the economic society,is what Marxism aims to reveal.As the theoretically thinking mode,the concept of value reflects the modification of production and the special social structure in the capitalism society.When it comes to Marx's concept of value,it is not difficult to find from the related studies both at home and abroad that many scholars have overlooked its perspective of history to some extent.Scholars tend to analyze the concept of Marx's economic value from philosophical perspective,which is not the goal of Marxism.In fact,the concept of value in Marxism has always been embodied with the historic meanings,which suggest that it is also the provision of the society in the history and only if we would put it into the context of Marxism should we be able to recover it as a science in history.Marx's study on the concept of value is based on a certain socio-economic structure rather than on the concept itself or labor directly.According to the combination of man and means of production,different social economic structures and historical periods has been divided by Marx.The so-called value is only a certain sociality of human labor,the social production regulation mode and the distribution of social products in a certain social economic structure.The social common entity that forms value is the human abstract labor.This social common entity is applicable to all historical eras.However,in the social economic structure of the modern bourgeoisie,it becomes an abstract dominating power that opposes human labor.Labor is subordinated to capital which becomes all economic powers and social subjects.Marx's value concept,which leaks the secret of capital,is aimed at studying the established social economic structure of modern bourgeois society.Starting from a certain social economic structure,Marx's concept of value possess a certain historical structure.On the general structure,the concept of value belongs to the category of productive forces,the scope of production relations and the category of superstructure respectively.In the substantive structure,human labor,as a social common entity forming value,is both an entity and a main body.In the established social and economic structure of the bourgeoisie,it is alienated as the abstract ruling power of capital.In addition,capital replaces labor as the illusory source of value and labor force becomes commodity and materialized factor of production.Capital production is value exchange production.The historical existence form of value is related to a certain social and economic structure.Only under the condition of capitalist commodity production,the entire social production requires the concept of commodity value to intervene.In the community society where human labor directly becomes socialized labor,the distribution of the entire social production and its products do not need to be achieved by means of third-party goods.In the future society as a transitional society that has just emerged from the traces of the old society,there is no commodity value,but there is a product value.Community society stillapplies the value exchange principle of identity exchange.Labor time is not only a measure of the value of the distribution of personal consumer goods,but also a community society.In the real communist society stage,labor is no longer a means of earning a living.Instead,it becomes a person's free and self-consciously essential activity.The entire society's production is regulated according to their abilities&their needs.Also,labor time is transformed into a person's free time which has becomes a measure of self-development that one needs in abundance.
