| The collaborative construction in Modern Chinese is a sentential pragmatic pattern divided by the expressive function of the sentence stem.The syntactic,semantic and pragmatic features of it are analyzed fully and systematically in this dissertation under the guidance of three-dimensional grammar.The main conclusions about them are:(I)This paper accurately defines the collaborative construction as a sentential pragmatic pattern that the persons or things of two or more cooperatively do something or suffer some disposal,or cooperatively lie in a certain state,or cooperatively possess some relations.The cooperators may lie before the predicative verbs,behind the predicative verbs,also on the both sides of the predicative verbs.The main features of this sentence are the non-single and combination of the cooperative participants,and the multiple-reference and symmetry of the predicate.It is the first that the collaborative construction is elaborated systematically as a sentential pragmatic pattern in the academic circle.(2)This paper systematically generalizes and analyzes the measures represented collaborative meaning,and investigates specifically the co-occurrent regular between them.The co-occurrent principle of the collaborative verbs are mainly the principle of syntactic function,the principle of temporal sequence,the principle of word inherency,and the principle of linguistic habit;the co-occurrent hierarchy of the collaborative adverbs is "yiqi(together)">"fenbie(respectively)>"huxiang(reciprocally)">"lunliu(in turn)";the collocation between the collaborative adverbs and the collaborative verbs,the collaborative quasi-fixed-phrases,the collaborative syntactic measures is restricted by the semantic features of them;the co-occurrent sequence between the quasi-fixed-phrases and the collaborative syntactic measures is restricted by the expressive function of them,this sequence is the describe-status>the lead-eventuate>the express-consequence.For the syntactic patter,the collaborative construction is divided into the patter that the noun serves as the predicate,the patter that the verb serves as the predicate and the patter that the adjective serves as the predicate,but they are provided with the some discrepancies internally.(3)This paper argues that the semantic roles of the cooperative participants all reflect the duality,the collaborative construction may divided into the joint type and reciprocal type in the collaborative manner,the semantic patters of the former has 14 types in common,and the semantic patters of the latter has 15 types in common.Speaking from the collaborative semantic relation,the collaborative construction mainly expresses the interpersonal relation and the logical relation,the former may divided into the human relation and communication relation,the latter may divided into the event relation and the mathematic relation.Speaking from the collaborative verbs,the collaborative patters that they apply are different if their semantic features are different.The most special is the so-called discontinuous reciprocal construction,it gives prominence to the focus and the information function of the cooperative participants as the object,and gives subjective discrepancy to an expression.Speaking from the collaborative adverbs,not only are different the meanings and usage of the synonymic collaborative adverbs,but also some collaborative adverbs may emerge the ambiguity that must be distinguished when they are used.(4)This paper divides the topic of the collaborative construction into the combination and the congregation,and investigates the information function,the definite-reference or indefinite-reference,and severing as the focus of collaborative participants.It is argued that the collaborative participants may be provided with the definite-reference function.This paper divides the comment of the collaborative construction into the narrative,description,judgment and commentary,and investigates the distributed status of the collaborative construction in the different styles.It is argued that the expressive function of the collaborative construction roughly coincides with the features of the style.For the distributed status of the collaborative construction in the genre,the grade of the collaborative construction in the frequency is "novel>drama>prose>poem".And the collaborative construction also has the special functions that connect the text,it is mainly manifested by the anaphora of the collaborative participants,by the omission and the substitution of the collaborative participants. |
