Korean Northern School Poets Poetical Creation And Exchanges During Their Travels To China Monographic Study

The topic of the present thesis is the literary works and exchanges of Korean Northern School poets during their travel to China.The paper is divided into four sections,this four sections respectively focus on the background,creation,exchanges and the transmission of this literary works.The first part,"Introduction to The Northern School Poets Visit to Qing Dynasty",discusses the cultural background of Korean Northern School poets,including their poetical achievement,their manners and eccentricities during their travels to China.Besides,it discusses also Northern School poets impressions on China and the purposes of their travels.The second chapter,"Historical and Cultural Implication of The Northern School Poets Visit to China",discusses the topics and connotations of Northern School poets literary works during their travel to China and bring light on the Korean national historical consciousness underlying in their poems.In this chapter we will also discuss the Northern School poets reflections on the the Manchus governed China.The third chapter,"North School Poets and Qing Scholars Exchanges on Poetry and Painting",from sketches and notes,prefaces and postscripts,poetry anthology and other information,this chapter explores the specific circumstances of the exchanges on poetry and painting between Northern School poets and Qing's scholars.In particular,we will focus on the poetical exchanges of Hong Yangho and and Lee Deokmu,and on the painting exchanges of Park Jega.The fourth chapter,"Lee Deokmu 'Qingpilu' spread meaning and value",discusses the Northern School poet Lee Deokmu collection of poetry "Qingpilu" important concepts,it's spread and it's disclosure on Korean Parnassus situation at that time.
