| Objective:Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease is a great classic book.However,annotation scholars from past generations possess different understanding towards Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease,there are approximately 1604 annotation articles recorded in Complete edition of treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases(Complete edition of Shang Han Lun).From the perspectives of annotation scholars,doctors along the time mainly relay on the theory of viscera and veins to annotate articles for Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease,and for a same article,it has been hard to unify and integrate them because different doctors has different cognitions towards the position and pathology of viscera and veins.The main purpose for defining the Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease wrote by Zhongjing,is to find a way to combine and integrate opinions from different annotation scholars,which provided more realistic meanings on developed guidance for clinical applications.This article has examined the chapter of Jueyin disease in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease,authored by Zhongjing,as the main research target,and implemented the method of knowledge element statistics to organized and concluded the understanding and opinions of pathogenesis disease from twenty representative annotation scholars,and comprehensively understood the perspectives towards the pathogenesis disease from these twenty annotation scholars.Based on this point,with the assistance of the theory of deductive reasoning,to construct the corresponding relationship of position of viscera and veins and the exterior and interior position;pathology and feeble compared tostrong;coolness and fever;on the aspect of the syndromes differentiation with eight principles.Meanwhile try the best to combine the different perspectives from 20 annotation scholars on the aspect of syndromes differentiation with eight principle,and attempt to illuminate and clarify the true definition of chapter of Jueyin disease in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease,authored by Zhongjing.Methods:1.Theory of article research and study: select twenty annotation book which are the most representative and outstanding works of Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease,record and excerpt all relevant annotation texts related to the Jueyin disease in the book,then treat all texts from Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease as the key point,to allocate and combine the annotations from different annotation scholars afterwards,and coding each annotations after identifying and proofreading each one of them,and finally establish a research article.2.The theory of knowledge element statistics: constructing a coding system utilizing knowledge element statistics for symptoms,and to implement knowledge element labels for the research article.The types of knowledge elements include:symptoms,pathogen,pathogenic factors,pathogenesis,position,prognosis,therapy and the theory of medication,etc.The knowledge element is a continuous text,and it is the most small and complete knowledge elements unit.The mark of the knowledge element will be utilizing XML language,and the text editing tool is Oxygen XML editor 17.0 software.3.The theory of database: the texts after marked by knowledge element,will be translated into relational data and been stored and managed in database through the statistical translation tools.The database management tool is Microsoft Access 2010.4.The theory of data analyzes: to implement artificial word cut towards knowledge element in database,and proceed to terminology extraction with SAS software after the text has been cut,then analyze the document with semantic disambiguation.Programing procedure will be done afterwards with SQL to inquireeach sentence to implement statistics on frequencies and relevant standard analyze.The results will be exported as Word document through the Proc Report function in SAS software.The results of relevant standard analyze need to be further exported as Excel statistic diagram,and utilizing the Cytoscape software for visual presentation.5.The theory of deductive reasoning: to implement deductive reasoning and analyze for the evaluation results after the data analyze,and to conclude the possible syndromes differentiation with eight principles for each text.The rules of deductive reasoning:(1)constructing the corresponding relationship of sick position elements with exterior and exterior,half interior and half exterior;(2)constructing the corresponding relationship for pathology with nature of disease of feeble compared to strong,coolness and fever;(3)according to the nature of disease of feeble compared to strong,coolness and fever to correspond with the general principles of yin and Yang;(4)to induction and understanding towards texts for the Jueyin disease: there is a total amount of 62 texts annotated by twenty scholars regards to the Jueyin disease : 52 texts regards to the chapter of Jueyin disease,four texts regards to the chapter Cholera disease,2 texts regards to the chapter of Sun disease.Different annotation scholars has diverse understanding towards the Jueyin disease.Among the texts: 57 texts from Wuji Cheng,54 texts from Youzhi Fang,57 texts from Suichen Zhang,47 texts from Chang Yu,54 texts from Lu Zhang,27 texts from Qin Ke,51 texts from Zhi Cheng,55 texts from Xiqu Zhang,55 texts from Zhicong Zhang,41 texts from Qian Wu,55 texts from Chengping Shao,50 texts from Yuyuan Huang,48 texts from Chiyuan Shu,56 texts from Xiuyuan Chen,55 texts from Zaijing You,57 texts from Xueshan Gao,48 texts from Qinan Zheng,55 texts from Lianshi Wang,56 texts from Weiju Zhu,54 texts from Ziyi Peng.2.The comments and representation of perspectives about pathogenesis from annotation scholars: the evaluation comments had been established towards different pathogenesis for the pathogenesis element of twenty annotation scholars respectively,and utilized visual presentable diagrams to represent the special characteristics of overall pathogenesis,which is convenient for inspecting opinions on pathogenesis towards different annotation scholars.3.Constructed the corresponding relationship towards the disease position and pathology of viscera and veins;to correspond the opinions on pathogenesis of annotation scholars with the general principles of yin and Yang,the exterior and the interior,the coolness and the fever,feeble compared to strong and the syndromes differentiation with eight principles.Meanwhile representing the process of reasoning through the method of mind mapping.4.The classification of the chapter of Jueyin disease through the syndromes differentiation with eight principles can be concluded as: Firstly,362 outlines representing the main pathology characteristics of the Jueyin disease is yin,feeble,coolness,with fever.Secondly,pathology,therapy,taboo,follow-up disease four main types;among the article,the text 337 and the text 340 are for pathology,the pathology can be classified into two types,which represented as the general principles of yin and Yang is not connected and bladder coldness.The text 335,text 339 and the text 381 are for the therapy,the characteristics of the pathology are yin,feeble,coolness and yang,strong,coolness(coolness and fever shown at the same time).The text 330,text 333,text 347,text pulse,thirsty,pass stools with blood and pus,etc.On an overall aspect of the syndromes differentiation with eight principle,these four types of symptoms mainly consist of yin,feeble,coolness,with yang,strong,fever;the disease positions are mainly interior,or sometimes on the exterior,or sometimes on both interior and exterior.Therefore,the four types reflected the complication of the Jueyin disease due to the feeble,strong,coolness and fever are intricate and integrated,which is the main characteristic of the Jueyin disease.5.The main pathology characteristics of the syndromes differentiation with eight principles from the chapter of Jueyin disease: main symptoms are coolness,fever,and diarrhea.Related types of symptoms are: the pathological characteristics of carbuncle pus type are interior yang,strong,fever;the main types of hyperhidrosis are yin,feeble,slight fever and true coolness and false fever;the pathological characteristics of diet and dysphoria are mainly yin,feeble,han;among this point,the pathological characteristics of welling-abscess with pus and diet are mainly half exterior and half interior;the hyperhidrosis are mainly half exterior and half interior with exterior.Text 385,no pathogenic factors therefore no disease position.The disease position and focal membrane(anocelia,cavum abdominis,diaphragm)in text 326,text 338,text 375,text provision,the pathology of prescriptions and provisions are mainly yin,feeble,and coolness,with yang,strong,and fever.7.The prescription types of the chapter Jueyin disease:(1)Diarrhea: 1):yang,strong fever: fever on half exterior and half interior,stewing soup with scape jasmine;strong in interior and fever,stewing soup with the root of Chinese pulsatilla;strong and fever in interior with astriction,use Xiao Chengqi decoction.2)Yin,feeble,coolness: the disease position in half exterior and half interior with drinking movements,use poria and licorice decoction;half exterior and half interior with fever,use Mahuang Shengma decoction,black plum capsule;the disease position in exterior and interior,use Sini decoction,cinnamon twig decoction,start with interior then exterior;the disease position in interior,use Sini decoction,vessel-freeing counterflow Sini decoction,Sini and ginseng decoction.(2)Coldness: 1)Yang,strong,fever: with the disease position in interior,use Baihu decoction;2)Yin,strong,coolness: with the disease position in interior,use powder of muskmelon pedicel;3)Yin,feeble,coolness: the disease position in half exterior and half interior,use Chinese angelica Sini decoction.(3)Fever: 1)Yang,strong,fever: the disease position in half exterior,stewing soup with the root of Chinese pulsatilla;2)Yin,feeble,coolness: true coolness and false fever,use Sini decoction.(4)Other types: vomit,pain,dysphoria,sweat,diet,ascarid,the four limbs,cardiac,stomach,thirst,misdiagnose and wrong medications or treatments,throat,welling-abscess with pus,dry stool,delirious shock,those pathology characteristics are involved in the syndromes differentiation with eight principle,which is the accompanied symptoms of coolness(reversal coldness),fever,diarrhoea and pulses,which pathologymostly represented as coolness along with fever.Conclusion:1.There are total amount of 62 texts from annotation scholars mentioned about the chapter of Jueyin disease of twenty Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease,which established classification and extraction,term standardization,combination and analyze,and objectively represented the texts with diagrams and relevant images.2.Selection on twenty perspectives towards the chapter of Jueyin disease from the annotation scholars,and analyzed the texts towards Jingzhong,Zhang on the aspect of pathologies on viscera and veins.It can be noticed from the evaluation and comments results,that different annotation scholars have diverse acknowledgement towards disease positions and pathogen,therefore it is difficult to combine the opinions from different annotation scholars on the aspect of viscera and veins and conclude with an relatively unified pathology conclusion.3.On the perspectives of the syndromes differentiation with eight principles,constructed corresponding relationships towards texted disease position and pathology form different annotation scholars,on the aspect of the relationship between the disease position and pathology of viscera and veins and the syndromes differentiation with eight principles,it seems to be possible to combine the opinions from different doctors.To indicates a further opinion,the basic theoretical reference for Jingzhong,Zhang to authored the chapter of Jueyin disease is the syndromes differentiation with eight principles.One of the particular point that need to be noticed is the disease position of half exterior and half interior,based on the personal perspectives of Xishu Hu,Benqiuzhen Tang,and Hesheng Yao towards half exterior and half interior(focal membrane),which included the symptoms for each organs that has been surrounded by the focal membrane,such as symptoms for the throat,mediastinoscopy,pericardium,cardiac,liver,stomach,jueyin meridian,etc.4.According to the classification of the prescription and the syndromesdifferentiation with eight principles,the pathological characteristics of Jueyin disease has been defined as: the Jueyin disease is yin and feeble on the human body,which accompanied by fever and exterior symptoms that located on half exterior and half interior on the basis of feeble and coolness,with the differences on exterior and interior.Based on above comprehensive analyze towards the pathology of the Jueyin disease,we believed that the texts 326,text 327,text328,text 329,text 331,text 332,text 333,text 334,text 336,text 338,text339,text 341,text 344,text 345,text 346,text 348,text 353,text 357,text359,text 366,text
