| Objective: By using data mining method and the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance system(V2.5),this paper summarized the theoretical research on the application of guizhi prescription in the treatment of related diseases by professor liu tiejun.in order to further improve the clinical efficacy of guizhi prescription in the treatment of related diseases,and enrich the academic level and clinical application of the theory of treating non-diseases.Methods: 1.Data source: From December 2016 to December 2018,professor liu tiejun took photos of clinical diagnosis and treatment information of patients treated with guizhi prescription in the national medicine hall of the affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine or collected by the computer center of the affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine.Choose a drug,the main drug is a treatise on febrile disease,the cassia twig from synopsis of such party(this paper mainly discusses the new GuiZhi Tang,plus soup,Dang Gui Si Ni Tang,ZhiShi XieBai GuiZhi Tang,ZhiGan Cao Tang,cassia twig decoction and four inverse oyster soup,soup,cassia twig and keel radix bupleuri plus keel oyster soup),and general data record and four diagnostic information is complete.2.Data collection and processing: Standardize and unify the information of disease name,symptoms,signs and drugs in cassia twig prescription cases,and record it on the TCM inheritance platform.In order to ensure the quality control of the database,the database project shall be recorded comprehensively,accurately and truly,and shall be under the special responsibility of the person who shall not modify it without authorization.3 Statistical methods: Frequency analysis,clustering analysis,association analysis and other statistical methods were used according to the research purpose.Results: 500 cases of medical cases were statistically analyzed by data
