| Purpose:Firstly,from the perspective of bibliometrics,the system combs the literature in the field of diabetes syndrome research,reveals the development of the field,and finds the main leading research units and leading figures in the research field.It is intended to clearly and accurately reveal the structure of its knowledge domain,as well as the development trends and research hotspots in this field.Secondly,the medical data mining method was selected,and the clinical case data of Professor Shi Yan for treating diabetes was dataized and electronically analyzed by data mining,and analyzed by data mining.The clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of diabetes has provided an objective basis,summed up its medication rules,and aims to provide follow-up guidance for clinical treatment of diabetes,in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment capabilities of Chinese medicine.Then use the"Lantern5.0(Kongming Light)"software to study the syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetes through the implicit structure model,explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes of diabetic patients,and provide objective and reliable basis for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetes in the future.Material and method:1.The research data comes from the China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)journal database and master doctor database,Wanfang medical database,Chinese scientific journal database(VIP),as well as Google,Baidu academic and other search engines.Through the knowledge map analysis and descriptive statistics of the authors,institutions,keywords and other information contained in the journal literature and the master's thesis in the field of diabetes syndrome research,the cooperation and academic cooperation of scholars in the field of diabetes syndrome research Situations,fund support,etc.are sorted out to summarize different research themes in the field of diabetes syndrome.This study mainly applies descriptive statistical analysis,co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis.Descriptive statistics include:the distribution of journal literature data,fund grants,journal distribution,and literature citations.The distribution of the texts of the master's thesis data,the distribution of degree-granting units,and the literature cited.Co-occurrence analysis was conducted on the authors,institutions,keywords,and instructors of the master's thesis data using the co-occurrence analysis package method.Cluster analysis was used to discover different research topics in the field of diabetes syndrome,and to predict the research trends in this field based on the research topics and the changes of keywords over time.2.This study collects and reorganizes Shi Yan's treatment of diabetes,records the prescribed prescriptions,standardizes them,and enters the“Traditional Chinese Medicine Supporting Platform System(V2.5)”to construct“Study on Treatment of Shi Yan”.The outpatient database of cravings is used to analyze and analyze the prescriptions of Professor Shi Yan for the treatment of diabetes,and summarize his academic thoughts.3.By collecting the medical records and clinical experience literature of old Chinese medicine practitioners in the database of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Medicine,etc.,and incorporating the medical records that meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetes and Chinese medicine,and the complete diagnosis of the four diagnostic materials,constructing the hidden old Chinese medicine to treat diabetes.The structured database uses Lantern5.0 software to construct the implicit structure model,summarizes and extracts the meaning of the syndrome elements of the disease,and finds the syndrome differentiation rules of Chinese medicine.Results:1.The number of papers related to the research field of diabetes syndrome is generally fluctuating.The papers included in the research are funded by the fund.The fund with the most funding is the National Natural Science Foundation.In the papers included in the research,the proportion of Chinese core journal papers 25.07%,the most published articles are"Journal of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine"and"Chinese Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine";the most widely used standard is"Guidelines for Clinical Research of New Drugs in Traditional Chinese Medicine";the university with the most master's degree in diabetes syndrome research is Beijing Middle School.Medical university;2.Diabetes syndrome research is widely distributed and there is cooperation among institutions.The main research institution is Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,which is mainly concentrated in the Beijing-Tianjin region and the Yangtze of extensive research teamwork.4.The journal literature data and the key words of the master's thesis data show that the main research directions of diabetes syndrome research include:type 2 analysis.8.According to the interpretation,the common syndromes of diabetes include spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,yang deficiency water syndrome,damp heat internal syndrome,yin deficiency and heat syndrome,etc.,involving spleen,stomach,Kidney,liver,lung,heart and other organs,involving qi stagnation,phlegm,qi stagnation,kidney deficiency,qi deficiency,spleen deficiency,spleen yang deficiency,virtual heat,yin deficiency and so on.9.This study analyzes the medical records through the Chinese medicine inheritance platform.Among them,the diabetic nephropathy involves a total of 214 Chinese medicines.The top three high-frequency drugs are Astragalus,Poria,Chinese Yam,Astragalus and Poria,Astragalus and Alisma,and Yam.The highest number of occurrences with cockroaches;10.Diabetic retinopathy medication involves a total of 214 Chinese herbal medicines.The top three high-frequency drugs are Alisma,Poria,Hawthorn,and the combination of Astragalus,Hawthorn and Chinese Yam,Hawthorn and Poria has the highest number of occurrences;11.Diabetes gastrointestinal lesions medication analysis involves a total of 116 Chinese medicines,the top three high-frequency drugs for Alisma,Poria,Hawthorn,??and Alisma,hawthorn and yam,hawthorn and cockroaches have the highest number of occurrences;12.Diabetes peripheral neuropathy medication involves a total of 160 traditional Chinese medicines.The top three high-frequency drugs are Alisma,Poria,Hawthorn,and the combination of Astragalus,Hawthorn and Chinese Yam,Hawthorn and Poria are the highest.Conclusion:1.The Institute of Correlation in the Field of Diabetes Syndrome has received more attention and has no heat loss,and
