| Objective:Systematic finishing of the prescriptions contained in "Jingyue Quanshu·Fu Ren Gui".Exploring its commonly used drugs,sexual odor,classics,drug pairs,medicine groups,etc.Combined with the theoretical analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,it aims to comprehensively and deeply explain the characteristics of Jing Yue's prescription medication for women's diseases.And for clinical reference.Method: Based on a combination of statistical analysis and TCM literature research.According to the "Ba Zhen Fang",the prescriptions attached to the nine diseases in the Women's Regulations are sorted out.The prescriptions that meet the inclusion criteria are entered into the “Traditional Chinese Medicine Supporting Platform”for data analysis.To explore the law of its use.Use the frequency table method to summarize the drug law and high frequency drugs.Use the rules of association rules to mine common drug combinations.Combined with the discussion of diseases and pathogenesis in the "Fu Ren Gui".Using literature research methods,combined with the discussion of diseases and pathogenesis in the "Fu Ren Gui",and the drug records in "Ben Cao Zheng",the prescriptions of the prescriptions of the women are analyzed,and the characteristics of the prescriptions of the prescriptions are analyzed.Results:A total of 509 prescriptions were prepared in this study.Including 106 meridian prescriptions,98 fetal pregnancy prescriptions(including 3 prescriptions of the same name),48 birth-prepared formulas(including 1 prescription of the same name),75 postpartum ancient recipes.Through the research on the source of the other agent,it is confirmed that the prescriptions are mostly from the "Fu Ren Da Quan Liang Fang","Ju Fang","Yi Tong","Xiao Zhu Fu Ren Da Quan Liang Fang","Qian Jin Fang" and other medical books.2.Through statistical analysis,the sexual taste,menstruation,and commonly used drugs and commonly used drug pairs and drug groups of the nine categories of Jingyue's treatment of women's diseases and total prescriptions were obtained.(1)In the general prescription,the medication is mostly sweet and warm.Mostly to the spleen,followed by the liver,heart,kidney.Commonly used drugs are angelica,licorice,ginseng,medlar,rehmannia,atractylodes,white peony,Chuanxiong,tangerine peel,cinnamon,mostly for benefiting yin and blood,supplementing qi and spleen,supplemented by blood and qi.Commonly used medicines are: cooked land with Angelica,white peony with Angelica,Chuanxiong with Angelica,ginseng with acquaintance,ginseng with Atractylodes,cinnamon with angelica and so on.(2)In the prescription of meridians,the drug is mainly sweet and warm.Mostly to the spleen and liver.Most commonly used drugs are products that benefit Qi and blood,and have products that nourish yin and clear heat,and promote blood and qi.Commonly used drugs are: matured with angelica,Chuanxiong with angelica,white peony with angelica,yam compatibility with hawthorn,yam compatibility and rehearsal.The drug group is mainly based on nourishing yin and nourishing blood,and has a combination of spleen and kidney,warm and blood circulation.(3)In the fetal pregnancy prescription,the medication is also mainly sweet and warm,and more to the spleen.Most commonly used drugs are spleen and qi,followed by nourishing blood and blood,clearing heat and soothe the nerves,and stomach down products.Commonly used medicine pairs are: ginseng compatibility white atractylodes,angelica compatibility white peony,atractylodes sinensis,mature land with gas and pain relief products.Commonly used medicines are:Chuanxiong with Angelica,Angelica,Baiji,Rehmannia,Angelica,Achyranthes,Cinnamon,Ginseng,and Angelica.The combination of drugs is mainly for blood and blood circulation,followed by nourishing blood and benefiting Qi.(5)In postpartum prescriptions,The drug is mainly sweet and warm.The drug is the most spleen,followed by the liver and combination of qi and blood,warming and activating blood.(6)In the prescription of leucorrhea diseases,The medicine is sweet and warmth.The drug belongs to the spleen,kidney and heart.Commonly used drugs are to replenish qi,health spleen,and light osmosis.Followed by drugs that calm emotions and drugs that converge on fixation.Commonly used drugs are: ginseng with Wuyi,Polygala ginseng,ginseng with Baixue,Suanzaoren with Yuanzhi,Alisma and Wuxi.Most of the medicines are supplemented with qi,healthy spleen and light osmosis.Secondly,it is a combination of calming the nerves and soothing the water.(7)In the prescription of the dairy disease.The medicine is sweet and warmth and belongs to the spleen,heart and liver.Commonly used drugs are Atractylodes,Zhigancao,Angelica,Poria,Ginseng,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Astragali,etc.The medications are mostly for the benefit of qi and blood,accompanied by theproducts of soothing the liver and passing through the prescription of female vulvar diseases,the drug is sweet and warmth and is the most belong to the spleen.Commonly used drugs are angelica,licorice,medlar,ginseng,rehmannia,white peony,atractylodes,yam,cinnamon,Alisma and so on.Most of the drugs are for replenishing qi and spleen,followed by drugs for removing heat and dampness.Conclusion:By combining statistical analysis with
