Objective:By collecting and arranging ancient Scorpion prescriptions to build database.In order to explore the rules of scorpion drug utilize to increase efficiency and reduce toxicity,and to provide theoretical basis and documentary supportfor the safe and effective clinical application of scorpion,this paper conducted data-mining on the processing,dosage,form,compatible drugs and main treatment syndrome of Scorpion.Methods:This article adopts the methods of literature research and mathematical statistics.1.Combing ancient documents of the toxicity,efficiency and properties of Scorpio.2.Establishes the data base of prescriptions and indications of Scorpion.Through statistical method,the basic situation of scorpion prescription was analyzed,including dosage form,preparation,dosage,drug introduction,main treatment of disease and syndrome,etc.The law of scorpion controlling toxicity and enhancing effect was discussed in many aspects.3.Data mining was used to reveal the rule of drug compatibility of diseases and syndromes of Scorpion prescriptions.Results:Firstly,Sorting out the related factors affecting the toxicity and efficiency of scorpion,including processing and preparation,access of taking drugs,dosage form,compatibility medicine dosage,processing drugs,form,drug delivery,Secondly,Scorpion can increase its effect of relieving wind and stopping spasm by combining with Xifeng Huatan medicine;combining with Xinsan Jiefang medicine to help dispel pathogens and relieve pain;combining with aromatic drugs to regulate qi,invigorate blood circulation and refresh the mind;combining with bitter and salty drugs to attack toxins with soft and hard;combining with insect drugs to attack pathogens and dredge collaterals.Through the compatibility of Sweet and Fuzheng products to reduce toxicity;compatibility of Yin-nourishing products to care for blood;compatibility of acid drugs,Xinsan phase preparation,in order to control its toxicity.etc.Thirdly,Scorpion is most commonly compatible with Wind-quenching and phlegm-resolving,Resuscitation drugs,diffusing wind and cold drugs,invigorating qi,dispelling wind and cold dampness,such as silkworm,Gastrodia elata,musk,white aconite,licorice,Fangfeng,Tiannanxing,etc.It mainly treats convulsions,apoplexy,epilepsy,paralysis,hernia lamp diseases.The common syndromes are Wind-phlegm syndrome,phlegm-heat syndrome,wind-heat syndrome,wind-heat phlegm coagulation syndrome,wind-cold-dampness syndrome,wind Prosperity and Spleen Deficiency syndrome,wind-toxin syndrome and so on.Conclusion:1.The curative effect of scorpion breathing wind and dredging collaterals,and the toxicity of vigor and dispersal all originate from its spicy nature.Scorpion is both poisonous and effective because of its strong and bitter flavor.2.There was little difference in dosage between the different dynasties,and it was closely related to disease and syndrome.Scorpion prescription is more often used in the treatment of cachexia,tinea,leprosy and wind poisoning syndrome.The dosage for children should be reduced to about 1-3g,which is safer.3.Property and taste are not only the source of the efficacy of Scorpion,but also the key to its toxicity.On the premise of accurate treatment based on syndrome differentiation,strict preparation,proper form,appropriate dosage and reasonable compatibility are the main means to maximize the efficacy and minimize the toxicity of scorpion.
