| Objective:Based on analysis and research about the distributions of constitutional classifica-tions of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in patients with ischemic stroke and testing data of main and collateral channels of Meridian Energy Analysis Device(M.E.A.D.),as well as the correlation among the clinical curative effect of the Linggui Bafa treatment for acute is-chemic stroke,constitution classification and meridian measurement data changes.This paper will discuss the feasibility of adopting them to be index for syndrome differentiation,an auxil-iary curative effect evaluation,prevention and prognosis evaluation so as to broaden the clin-ical thought to promote the standardization of TCM syndrome of stroke research.Methods:All cases are derived from Xuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital,the Af-filiated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ranging from April to November in 2017,which include a total of 200 cases with ischemic stroke from outpatient and the patients who receive hospitalization of acupuncture encephalopathy.All patients are received the evaluation of TCM constitution classification and meridian energy measurement,and the correlation between them are also analyzed.In addition,90 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected from these 200 cases.They were randomly divided into Linggui Bafa group and ordinary acupuncture group with 45 cases for each group.The course of treatment would last for 10 days.Before and after treatment,the two groups of patients were evaluated and measured with Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation,ADL scale,TCM constitu-tion classification evaluation and meridian energy testing evaluation.Linggui Bafa's curative effect of treatment for acute ischemic stroke has been evaluated.Its correlation with TCM constitution classification and meridian measurement has been analyzed and SPSS 20.0 has been utilized to conduct statistical analysis of data.Results:1.Based on TCM constitution classification analysis for 200 cases of patients with ischemic stroke,it can be concluded that TCM constitution classification of stroke patients are characterized by qi depression,phlegmy wet,qi deficiency,blood stasis.There was no signifi-cant difference in constitution distribution between different sexes.The great differences exist for the number of patients in different ages,in which the patients in 50-69 are on the top with 157 cases(78.5%),almost possessing the similar constitution classification distribution.The constitution classification distribution of patients in different clinical stages was also different.The acute phase and the sequelae were mostly seen with qi depression,and the recovery period was more common with Qi deficiency.There were 37 cases of patients attacked again by stroke with qi depression in constitution classification distribution,followed by blood stasis and phlegm wet.2.The results of M.E.A.D.meridian measurement showed that M.E.A.D.health index of the patients with ischemic stroke in most cases had low body energy,abnormal mental activity,low and high left and right bone system,low metabolic function and unbalanced autonomic nervous system.According to the results of the syndrome differentiation,the number of ab-normal frequency in the 12 cases was put in order from top to bottom:liver meridian,kidney meridian,spleen meridian lung meridian,stomach meridian,gallbladder meridian,colon merid-ian,bladder meridian,heart sutra meridian,small intestine meridian,the sanjiao(triple energiz-er)meridian,the pericardium meridian in which liver meridian,stomach meridian,large intes-tine meridian,small intestine meridian mainly belonged to excess syndrome while kidney me-ridian,spleen meridian,lung meridian mainly belonged to deficiency syndrome.There was no significant difference between male and female patients in M.E.A.D.health indicators and meridian energy values.The meridians and collaterals values of patients of different ages are relatively lower in older patients.There was no significant difference in meridian energy of patients with different clinical stages.The collateral meridian of hemiple-gia patients was significantly lower than that of healthy ones.Among restroke patients,the values of liver meridian were higher and spleen meridian were lower in the patients with qi stagnation.The values of stomach meridian were higher,trifocal meridian and bladder merid-ian were lower in the patients with phlegm-dampness.The pericardial,pericardial and trifocal points of the patients with blood stasis had lower meridians and collaterals.The values of lung meridian,spleen meridian,kidney meridian and stomach meridian were lower in patients with qi deficiency.3.The correlation analysis between TCM constitution type and M.E.A.D.meridian de-tection showed that the values of the gentle mass were normal,and there was no obvious higher or lower trend.The values of the stomach meridian of phlegm-dampness were higher than the normal level,and the values of the spleen,sanjiao and bladder meridian were lower.The lung meridian,spleen meridian and kidney meridian of qi deficiency were lower.The values of blood stasis,pericardial,heart and sanjiao were lower.The values of liver,kidney and stomach of Yin deficiency were lower.The values of spleen and kidney with Yang defi-ciency were lower.The values of large intestine,liver and gallbladder were higher than nor-mal.The values of qi-stagnation,liver were higher than normal level,while the values of spleen and sanjiao were lower than normal level.4.After 10 days treatment,it can be found that the patients clinical efficacy and ADL scores were improved with P<0.05,and the scores of Linggui Bafa group improved more sig-nificantly than ordinary acupuncture group(P<0.05).M.E.A.D health index and meridian measurement energy values of these 2 groups patients' were improved(P<0.05),and the Linggui Bafa group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency of TCM constitution classification deviation was reduced and the frequency of qi depression constitution classification increased.But there was no significant difference.Conclusion:1.In clinic treatment,the result of TCM constitution classification and Meridian measurement can be used to establish files of the patients and carry out early warning and in-tervention.In terms of the incidence of ischemic stroke,the doctor can conduct treatment based on syndrome differentiation combining constitution classification with Meridian measure-ment.According to the progress of the disease,rehabilitation guidance,healthy education and the evaluation of the risk of restroke can be implemented.The result of TCM constitution classification and meridian measurement can be applied to any stage of the disease.And then,it can broad the thought of TCM diagnosis,improve the clinical curative effect and strengthen the management of the patient.2.There are definite curative effects by combining acupuncture at the acupoints based on syndrome differentiation with Linggui Bafa in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.The en-ergy value from M.E.A.D.meridian measurement would provide the reference for the evalua-tion of auxiliary clinical curative effect. |
