Anotation Of Compatibility Mechanism Of Zhishi Shaoyao Powder And Paino Powder Based On Literature Information Mining And The Network Target

Object:Based on literature information mining,to investigate the molecular mechanism and compatibility rule of Zhishi Shaoyao powder(fructus aurantii immaturus-paeonia lactiflora)and Paino powder(fructus aurantii immaturus-paeonia lactiflora-platycodon grandiflorus),and to establish the research model of the network target of classical prescription,which conforms to the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),provides the thought and method for the study of classical prescription.Method:Through literature retrieval,collected ancient literature information,chemical composition and biological information of Zhishi Shaoyao powder and Paino powder.Builded a network target model of these two classical prescriptions through using chemical bioinformatics,used network pharmacology,molecular docking and other modern research methods to mine and analyse of the literature information of the classical prescription.Explained the molecular mechanism and compatibility mechanism of these two classical prescriptions.Result:Through the analysis of ancient and modern literatures of these two prescriptions and further mining their efficiency and major functions,we found that the ancient physicians commonly use Zhishi Shaoyao powder to treat postpartum Qi and blood stagnation in real pain.With continuous exploration,modern doctors found Zhishi Shaoyao powder also can be used for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome disease,intestinal spasm and so on;Paino powder is considered as effective for treatment in intestinal carbuncle,stomach carbuncle induced by Qi blood stagnation,modern doctors found that Paino powder can be used for the treatment of suppurative disease,up to tne nasopharynx,to bowel,down to the pelvic cavity,whoever is in compliance with the pathogenesis.Based on literature retrieval and virtual screening,research discovery 10 main active components,5 core targets,59 kinds of pathways,can potentially affect 149 types of diseases of Zhishi Shaoyao powder;23 main active ingredients,15 core targets,88 kinds of pathways,can potentially affect 169 types of diseases of Paino powder.Constructed the "component-target-pathway-disease" multidimensional action system of these two prescriptions based on above research,correlationed analysis of the complex relationship between compound indication,efficacy,combination with microscopic molecules.Conclusion:Through the excavation and analysis of the literature information of the classical prescription,found that the overall regulation of the body by the classical prescription is based on the adjustment of the complex biological network of "system system" interaction.These two prescriptions may regulate and restore the functional imbalance of the"neuroendocrine immunomodulation" system to achieve the function of "Liqi Huoxue",that is to say these two prescriptions play the role in main efficiency via regulating the whole cycle of oragnism.The compatibility effect of these two classical prescriptions is derived from the network connection of each components in the targets.After compatibility,the small molecules contained in the compound can interact with different cavities of the same target or cooperate in a certain pathway,enhanced the stimulation of biological processes and strengthened the end effect of the drug treatment of diseases.The synergistic effect of compound will greatly exceed the sum of the curative effect of the single substance drug,embody the mutual-assistance theory of TCM.When compound compatibility was changed from fructus aurantii immaturus-paeonia lactiflora(Zhishi Shaoyao powder)to fructus aurantii immaturus-paeonia lactiflora-platycodon grandiflorus(Paino powder),molecules in flavored drugs regulate different targets through complementation or enhancement,brought the targets of these two classical prescriptions are different,thus lead to the macro phenotypes of the disease are different.In this paper,the research model of classical prescription' s network target is constructed based on literature information mining,which provides the thought and method for the study of classical prescription.
