Study On The Relationship Between Zhang Zhongjing’s Disharmony Between Nourishment And Defense Phases’ And Diseases Based On Guizhi Decoction And Its Analogous Prescriptions

Guizhi Decoction and its analogous prescriptions in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases can not only effuse the exterior from muscles and treat externally contracted diseases,but also harmonize ying and wei levels to treat many miscellaneous internal damage diseases.What is its mechanism? Is the abnormality of Ying-wei associated with the occurrence of diseases? This study is based on Guizhi Decoction and its analogous prescriptions to harmonize Ying-wei function,and to study the relationship between Zhang Zhongjing’s ?disharmony between nourishment and defense phases? and disease.Objective: This paper starts with Zhongjing’s ?external pathogenic theory? and two hypotheses:?disharmony between nourishment and defense phases? and ?disharmony between nourishment and defense phases constitution? put forward by tutor.With the help of Guizhi Decoction and its analogous prescriptions which harmonize Ying and Wei levels in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases as the research target.Furthermore,it focuses on systematically combing the diseases and symptoms related to ’disharmony between nourishment and defense phases’ in Zhang Zhongjing’s Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,and further explores and clarifies the nature of ’disharmony between nourishment and defense phases’ and its relationship with miscellaneous internal damage diseases.To clarify the relationship between Zhongjing Guizhi Decoction and disharmony between nourishment and defense phases,and the mechanism of Guizhi Decoction and its analogous prescriptions in treating miscellaneous internal damage diseases effectively.In order to be more in-depth and closer to the essence of Zhang Zhongjing’s clinical dialectics,and to guide and enlighten the effective application of classical theories and classical prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: This study adopts the methods of literature research and genetics research.On the premise that the Huangdi Neijing and the Classic of Questioning are sufficiently sorted out,the paper systematically combs,summarizes and analyses the article of related diseases in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases.To determine the relationship between the pathogenesis of ’disharmony between nourishment and defense phases’ and miscellaneous internal damage diseases,the basic characteristics of ’disharmony between nourishment and defense phases constitution’,and the mechanism of Guizhi Decoction in treating miscellaneous internal damage diseases.It plays an important guiding role in clinical prevention and dialectical treatment of ’disharmony between nourishment and defense phases’ and disease prevention and treatment of ’disharmony between nourishment and defense phases constitution’ population.Results:1.Through the study of the genesis of Ying-wei theory in Huangdi Neijing and the Classic of Questioning,it is determined that ying qi and wei qi belong to the category of ’Qi’ of human body,that is,they lay particular emphasis on function.Ying qi is an indispensable source and motive force for human body to liquefy and produce blood.Its relationship with blood is separable and inseparable.The function of Wei qi is an important part of the function of lung governing qi.<Lingshu Jing·Wuluan>: ’With construction and defense,Yin and Yang will be harmonious’.Therefore,Ying and Wei are closely related to human qi,blood,Yin and Yang.Therefore,the loss of harmony between Ying and Wei is equivalent to the loss of harmony between Qi,Blood,Yin and Yang.2.Therapeutic methods and prescriptions for ’regulate nutrient and defense’ exist in Huangdi Neijing.3.Many externally contracted diseases and miscellaneous internal damage diseases discussed by Zhang Zhongjing are all related to the ’disharmony between nourishment and defense phases’.Its treatment based on syndrome differentiation also starts with ’regulate nutrient and defense’.4.Through the analysis of the characteristics of 48 Guizhi decoctions and their analogous prescriptions and syndromes in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,and the clinical application of some famous medical cases was partially combined.It is concluded that Guizhi Decoction and its analogous prescriptions can treat not only miscellaneous internal damage diseases,but also simultaneous superficies and interior syndromes.5.Through the study of Zhang Zhongjing’s “constitution theory” embodied in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,it is found that ’disharmony between nourishment and defense phases constitution’ includes: disharmony between nourishment and defense phases constitution of Wei deficiency,disharmony between nourishment and defense phases constitution of Ying deficiency,disharmony between nourishment and defense phases constitution of Wei depression,disharmony between nourishment and defense phases constitution of Ying-wei stagnation.Conclusion:1.“Ying-wei”is the General Department of human body’s surface,internal and external Qi,blood circulation and body fluid transfusion.It is the network system of Chinese medicine to summarize the general function of human body’s ’nourishing the interior and protecting the exterior’,and the general switch of human body’s function.Through the functions of warming muscle,nourishing skin and interstices and managing striae opening and closing,it can control the functions of human interstices,skin and muscle.It nourishes the internal and external tissues of the human body,including the five zang-organs and the six fu-organs,meridians,limbs and joints,skin and muscles.In the network system of ’Ying-wei’,the abnormality of any network point is the switch that opens the ’disharmony’ of human function.That is to say,the ’disharmony between nourishment and defense phases’ will lead to disorder or disharmony of the people in the network system,which will lead to a series of diseases.2.Harmony between nourishment and defense phases is the normal physiological state of human body and the normal state of self-organizing function of organism.3.The essence of ?disharmony between nourishment and defense phases’ Syndrome is qi-blood disharmony and yin-yang imbalance.It also shows that the syndrome types of clinical diseases are not all evil or deficiency(yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,yin-yang deficiency),but there may be a kind of disorder of Yingwei which is ’inside-outside’ and ’up-down’ on the
