Research On The Path Of Single Disease Cost Reduction In A Hospital

With the deepening of the reform of medical and health insurance system and medical insurance system,under the background of the new medical reform,it has been promoted as a new way to pay for medical insurance,which brings new challenges to the hospital.Under the premise of maintaining public welfare,it is a difficult problem to be solved in hospitals to control the cost of single disease,increase the cost of saving money and improve the quality of medical services to achieve sustainable development.We have explored the way of reducing the cost of single disease under the mode of payment by disease,and the theoretical circle has not yet come up with a clear answer.In this paper,based on the perspective of payment reform according to the disease,based on combing the domestic and foreign research on the payment mode of disease type and the cost reduction of single disease,this paper uses case study method,taking A hospital as the research object,and provides a reference for solving this problem through the study of the cost reduction of single disease species in the hospital.Based on the cost analysis of single disease,this paper analyzes the cost composition of single disease in A hospital,the composition of the same disease in different hospitals and the difference between the cost standards of medical insurance regulations,and then finds out the bottleneck of controlling the cost of single disease in A hospital.On the premise of not affecting the quality of medical service,A hospital starts from itself to seek a way to reduce the cost of single disease.From the implementation of clinical path management,the establishment of hospital alliance,medical materials meticulous management,reduce the cost of technical service in the four aspects of A hospital to reduce the cost of single disease.By comparing the cost of single disease before and after implementation,it is considered that A hospital has effectively reduced the cost of single disease.The conclusion provides a new perspective for reducing the cost of single disease in hospitals,and has important reference for developing public hospitals based on the mode of disease payment.
