Purpose:Observing and comparing the clinical efficacy of the thin abdominal acupuncture combined with fire acupuncture therapy in the knee osteoarthritis treatment group,and the Quchichuan Shaohai combined fire acupuncture treatment in the control group of patients,analyzed the analgesic effect of abdominal abdominal osteoarthritis.In order to study the clinical efficacy and mechanism of abdominal abdominal acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis to provide a reference.By analyzing the scope of application and mechanism of abdominal acupuncture therapy,abdominal acupuncture therapy can promote the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis and play its advantages.Method:This study used a prospective clinical randomized control method,from March 2017 to December 2017 in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to participate in acupuncture treatment for patients with knee osteoarthritis,and selected 70 cases that met the inclusion criteria.According to the random number table method,1:1 was randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group used abdomen acupuncture combined with fire acupuncture,and the control group used Quchi through Shaohai combined with fire acupuncture.The VAS pain score,knee HSS score,and efficacy evaluation criteria were used to analyze the effects of the two methods for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint and improve the degree of illness.The clinical efficacy and safety of the abdominal osseous osteoarthritis were evaluated comprehensively.Result:In the comparison of general data,there was no statistically significant difference between the test group and the control group in terms of sex ratio,prevalence of single knee disease and proportion of both knees,age distribution,disease course,and disease grading(P>0.05).),indicating baseline balance between groups,the two groups are comparable.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS pain scores of both groups showed a decreasing trend,but the VAS score of the experimental group decreased more than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before the treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in HSS scores of the knee joints between the two groups,and they were comparable.After treatment,the HSS scores of both groups showed increasing trends,but the increase of HSS scores in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total excellent and good rate was 73.53%in the treatment group and 46.88%in the control group;the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture combined with fire needles and Quchio through a small sea combined fire is an effective treatment for knee osteoarthritis.Abdominal acupuncture combined with fire needles is relatively effective in relieving knee joint pain with respect to Quchi through Shaohai combined with fire needles.The effect of restoration of functional orientation is more obvious,the effect is outstanding,safety is good,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
