In recent years,with the increase of tomato planting area,the operation efficiency of transplanting machinery has been seriously restricted because of the artificial operation of seedling feeding,seedling select and secondary order leaded by dismatching of seedling and transplanting technology.How to improve tomato planting efficiency,reducing labor intensity has been an urgent problem to be solved for a long time.The mechanized transplanting technique of tomato seedling is one of the effective ways to obtain high yield of tomato.The working principle is that the pot seedling is put into the transplanter,and the pot seedling is implanted into the field by the transplanter to complete the transplanting of the potted seedling.Therefore,developing the mechanized transplanting technology of tomato pot seedling to improve the transplanting efficiency of tomato and to promote the mechanization of tomato planting is very necessary.The transplanter used for tomato potted seedlings is mainly composed of connducting mechanism,seedling-separating mechanism and planting mechanism.Among them,the paper pot seedling separation mechanism is the core working part of tomato potted seedling transplanter,which can realize the orderly separation of tomato seedling in paper pot,and the quality and efficiency is also determined directly by its performance.In this paper,a kind of transplanting test-bed of tomato chain type paper pot seedling with adjustable angle of separating roller is designed.On the basis of analyzing the relationship between separating mechanism and leading mechanism and working principle,taking single paper pot seedling as the research object,the analysis is made.In this paper,the whole operation process of paper pot seedling is introduced,and the mechanical model of paper pot seedling separation is established.The main factors influencing the paper pot seedling separation are found out.Based on the theoretical analysis,the quadratic orthogonal rotation center combination test is adopted.The mechanized transplanting mechanism of tomato potted seedlings was studied by orthogonal test.In order to determine the optimum technological parameters of the mechanized transplanting mechanism of tomato pot seedling,the following five aspects were studied systematically.The main contents of the study are as follows:(1)Overal plan design of differential transplanter for tomato chain paper pot seedling with adjustable angle of separating rollerIn order to solve the problems of high breakage rate of paper pot seedlings in the course of mechanized transplanting of tomato pot seedlings,the paper pot seedlings of tomato chain type were taken as the goal of high speed,orderly and effective separation,and combined with the early research results of the team.In this paper,a kind of transplanting test-bed for transplanting tomato seedling with chain paper pot with adjustable angle of separating roller is designed,which is mainly composed of leading mechanism,separating mechanism,planting mechanism and so on.(2)Overall structure design of chain type paper potThe quality is reliable.The paper pot,which is easy to process and store,is the foundation of the transplanting machine to complete the transplanting process.The structure of the chain type paper pot is designed,including the overall design.Single pot cross section design and joint design.The reason that the traditional seedling tube cross section is hexagonal is analyzed theoretically.Selecting hexagonal as the optimal cross section scheme of chain type paper pot,and referring to the processing technology and transplanting requirement of active tomato seedling paper barrel,the paper pot of tomato chain type was trial-produced,and the making of chain type paper pot was concluded.The steps and processing process provide basis for mass production of chain-type paper pot machinery.(3)Optimization test of joint parameters of chain type paper potTo meet the production of tomato seedling transplanting mechanization chain paper pot,with chain paper pot optimal separation force,paper pot breakage rate minimum as the optimization objective,the optimization analysis on the chain paper pot connection and optimal tomato chain paper pot structure,application of L9(34)orthogonal test method,select the connection connection number,length,length of guide for the experimental factors,the chain paper pot separation,paper pot breakage rate as the objective function,optimization experiment.The results showed that the comprehensive index of order is as follows:the connecting part of the connecting part number,length,length of guide.The optimal combination of parameters:the connection length of 3 mm,the number of connecting parts is 4,the length of guiding part is 15 mm.the separating ability of seedling is more than 6.7 N,and the broken rate of paper pot is less than 5.The test results meet the design requirements of tomato chain type paper pot.(4)Design and optimization experiment of transplanting and separating mechanism for chain type paper pot tomato seedlingIn order to improve the mechanized transplanting efficiency of tomato potted seedlings,the aim of this paper is to separate the tomato seedlings efficiently,efficiently and efficiently,with the aim of high speed,orderly and effective separation.In this paper,a kind of transplanting test-bed of tomato chain type paper pot seedling with adjustable angle of separating roller is designed.Based on the analysis of the relationship between separating mechanism and leading mechanism and the working principle,a single paper pot seedling is taken as the research object.The whole operation process of paper pot seedling from extraction to separation was analyzed,the mechanical model of paper pot seedling separation was established,and the main factors affecting paper pot seedling separation were found out.Tilting of the separation wheel to the speed ratio of the separation wheel to the lead wheel The angle was used as the experimental factor,the separating rate of seedling and the rate of paper pot breakage were taken as the evaluation index to carry out the optimization experiment,and the regression model between each factor and the evaluation index was established.The contribution rate of each factor to the evaluation index was analyzed.The results showed that the influence of each factor on the seperation rate of seedling was in turn the inclination angle of the separating wheel,the extraction speed and the speed ratio of the separating wheel to the extraction wheel.The influence of breakage rate on the breakage rate of paper pot is as follows:the ratio of separating wheel to outlet wheel speed,the extraction speed and the angle of inclination of separating wheel.When the angle of separation wheel is 18°,the extraction speed is 810 m/min,and the ratio of separation wheel to outlet wheel is 2.54.6,the separation wheel is divided into two parts.The separating rate of tomato seedling can be more than 90,and the breakage rate of paper pot≤5%can be achieved by the separating mechanism of tomato seedling with adjustable angle of off roll.(5)Experimental study on parameters optimization of transplanting mechanism for chain paper pot tomato seedlingUsing the method of quadratic orthogonal rotation center combination test,selecting the working speed,the depth of the ditch opener and the angle between the overburden and repressing the soil as the influencing factors,taking the qualified rate of standing degree of the pot seedling and the coefficient of variation of plant spacing as the evaluation index,the experiment of transplanting the soil trough was carried out.The effects of planting mechanism structure and operation parameters on the quality of planting mechanism were studied.The experimental results showed that when the working speed was 0.60.68 m/s,the depth of trench was 103116 mm and the angle of the overlying compactor was 40°,The pass rate of transplanting erect degree of tomato pot seedling is more than 90 and the coefficient of variation of plant spacing is less than 10.It meets the technical requirements of tomato seedling transplanting.The research and development of tomato chain-type paper pot seedling transplanting machine provide reference.
