Networked operation organization cloud cooperation is a military organization architecture that used to supply the gap of Net-Centric Warfare and resources’ service mode.It uses cloud computing,service-oriented architecture and Web services for reference.Cloud cooperation virtualizes operational resources into cloud services that are registered in the cloud and managed in a unified manner.These services can be allocated to providers dynamically,implementing rational distribution of operational resources.Cloud Cooperation is a theory that is proposed in recent years and there remains a number of problems to be resolved: For operational resources,how to publish their capabilities into the cloud cooperation center as to be discovered and utilized by service requestors? For service requestors,how to describe cloud services they need? For the cloud cooperation center,how to match the services from the service pools so that the service requestors get the services they need? Focused on these questions,after investigating the contents and features of cloud cooperation,the architecture of networked operational organization cloud cooperation is built.The architecture contains four layers,that is,the resources and missions layer,the cloud service management layer,the resource matching layer and the cloud application layer.Under this architecture,cloud cooperation can realize the discovering and interacting between each other.It can also provide the capability of centralized resource decentralized serving.What’s more,it provides a powerful information sharing and computing capability.Based on this architecture,the roles and the operation mode of cloud cooperation are studied and the platform model of cloud cooperation is proposed.The main contents and innovations of this dissertation is as follows:(1)In cloud cooperation,the precondition of operational resources being discovered by requestors is that the resources are registered in cloud cooperation in the form of services.For this problem,the virtualization framework is proposed.In the framework,the virtualization contains two phases,that is,the functional virtualization phase and the service virtualization phase.The two-phase virtualization encapsulates not only the resource property information,but also the coordination between operational resources.(2)The service requestors need to provide the functional property information as well as nonfunctional property information.To determine the expected QoS of cloud services,the group decision making method based on triangular fuzzy number is proposed.In this method,experts’ weights to each criterion of QoS is contains prior weights and posteriori weights,which can reduce the deviation of the final evaluation caused by errors of certain experts.To determine the weights of QoS,the group decision making method based on intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are proposed.This method is capable of integrating different evaluation forms into intuitionistic fuzzy numbers.(3)In order to searching the cloud services that satisfy users’ need,the cloud cooperation center matches services for requestors.In this dissertation,the service-matching is divided into two steps,that is,service discovery(functional property filtering)and service optimal-selection(nonfunctional property optimal-selection).In functional property filtering problem,a filtering method based on ontology is proposed.This method introduces semantic in cloud cooperation so that overcomes the shortcomings of traditional UDDI service discovery method that the result cannot be quantized.In nonfunctional property optimal-selection,the atom service optimal-selection method and composite service optimal-selection method based on quality of service are proposed.They can find better solutions than other algorithms.(4)In order to verifying the pattern and concept of networked operation organization cloud cooperation,as well as verifying the feasibilities of above-mentioned methods,the cloud cooperation prototype platform is developed.Take manned aircraft/ UAV anti-surface warfare as an example,several methods proposed in this dissertation is realized in the prototype platform,including two-phase virtualization,cloud service requesting,functional property filtering method based on ontology and composite service nonfunctional optimal selection based on DPSO.
