The continuous compaction control technology realizes real-time and comprehensive quality control of the filling project, which can greatly improve the construction efficiency and project quality. It is of great practical significance to research and promote the continuous compaction control technology. In order to promote the further development of continuous compaction control technology and improve the applicability of the technology in Shenzhen.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing continuous compaction control technology, the method combining theoretical research and experimental research is mainly adopted.First, the energy model and DMV index of continuous compaction control technology are proposed.Secondly, taking granite residual soil as the research object, the influence law of rolling parameters on vibration measurement was systematically studied. On this basis, the method of multiple regression analysis was used to introduce the rolling parameters into the continuous compaction control technology, and a continuous compaction control technology application guideline suitable for Shenzhen area was formed. Finally,an application study is carried out on the expansion project of Shenzhen Airport T4 terminal area. The results show that the continuous compaction control technology based on the research results of this paper has achieved good application results in engineering practice. This paper has improved the applicability of continuous compaction control technology, which can be a success for this technology in Shenzhen. The application provides useful reference and reference. The innovation results and conclusions obtained in the work of this paper are as follows:(1)The energy model and DMV index of the continuous compaction control technology are proposed, which provides new ideas for the development of this technology.Based on the principle of conservation of energy, energy control equations and indicators that reflect the state of filling and compaction were established, which effectively solved the problems of contact decoupling and hysteresis angle values faced by the mechanical model. The relationship between the control index and the physical mechanics index is established directly through the energy model, and a theoretical explanation is given to evaluate the compaction quality using vibration measurements.(2)The calculation formula of energy dissipation rate of nonlinear vibration is derived, which provides a new method for the study of dynamic response under vibration load. From the perspective of energy, the vibration law inside the packing is discussed, and the energy attenuation and spatial distribution inside the filling body are well revealed, which can provide a theoretical reference and reference for the study of the mechanism of vibration compaction.(3)The systematic study of the effect of rolling parameters on the continuous compaction control technology, using multiple regression analysis methods to study the influencing factors of vibration measurements.Taking the granite residual soil filler as an example,by carrying out indoor tests and field simulation tests, the effects of rolling parameters including water content on vibration measurements and correlation verification were systematically studied. On this basis, the multiple regression model and Kriging interpolation method are used to introduce rolling parameters into the continuous compaction control technology, which provides a better way to improve the applicability of the technology.(4)According to the experimental research results, and referring to the application experience of continuous compaction control technology at home and abroad,a continuous compaction control quality evaluation method suitable for Shenzhen area is formed. Therefore,it provides direct guidance and advice for the refined application and management of the technology.
