The capacity of innovative production is a key factor for the survival and development of enterprises in a highly competitive global market.In the face of the lack of innovative capacity,many companies are trying to apply the open innovation model to product design.With the rise of high-speed networks and remote collaboration software platforms brought about by technological advancement,the establishment of asynchronous collaboration teams based on open innovation has become a trend,but related collaborative theory research and mechanism design still lag behind practice.The conceptual design stage in the the initial stage of product development is the core content of the product innovation process.To obtain the team asynchronous collaboration mechanism innovation of conceptual design,the dissertation transplants the open innovation asynchronous collaboration mode from open source software and Wikipedia into the team collaboration environment.A team asynchronous collaborative design model is constructed for the needs and characteristics of innovative design subjects.Using simulation method to study the behavior characteristics of teams with different member structures in the asynchronous collaboration mode and its impact on the outputs.The research work is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:(1)Constructing an IPO team collaboration model,using the multi-agent simulation method to establish a designer decision-making behavior model,and building a collaborative evolution model of team and product with complex network theory.The small-scale real-life experiment and large-scale online questionnaire survey were carried out to obtain the spatial distribution of the probability of heterogeneous populations,which was used as the simulation parameter basis for the designer decision model.(2)Based on the secondary development technology of intelligent CAD software,the simulation platform is built.The platform is developed by Visual Basic,and the external electronic document is used as the database support of the simulation system.It has several functions such as team structure data input,the real product program output,the external evaluation module,simulation data storage.(3)Taking the locomotive color matching as the task,firstly,through the simulation experiment,the asynchronous collaboration is carried out and the data is compared with the real human experiment results to verify the reliability of the simulation platform;secondly,the proportional structure of the heterogeneous agent is adjusted to carry out the teamwork repeated comparison experiment;Finally,A relatively optimal strategy for the team’s asynchronous collaborative design operation model is obtained,and its effectiveness is verified by another human experiment.The experimental results show that different member structure settings have a great impact on team output,and a reasonable asynchronous collaborative design model will help to stimulate the potential of teamwork and form group wisdom.The openinnovation team asynchronous collaborative design simulation research based on multiagent main body modeling can provide a feasible development path for team-product co-evolution process and design subject behavior mechanism exploration,which has important practical significance for further enhancing the independent design and innovation capabilities of China.
