Study On The Planning Of Agricultural Parks Based On The Perspective Of Biodiversity

In recent years,China's urbanization process accelerated,irrational urban construction activities led to the deterioration of the ecological environment of the city,the city people eager to return to nature,so the rural leisure tourism has been booming.This paper aims at the existing problems existing in the development of leisure agriculture and tourism,the theory of biological diversity is the core of the guiding ideology,to promote rural industrial restructuring,promoting economic and social sustainable development as the goal,to explore the theory and method of agricultural park planning.The main results are as follows:(1)According to the guiding ideology of China's rural industry integration and development,facing the problems of rural industry development,put forward the agriculture park as a new platform of rural industry development is the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism high-end form,will play an extremely important role in promoting the rural ecological environment construction and sustainable development of social economy.(2)The landscape resources of agricultural parks can be divided into plant,animal,mountain,stone,architecture and water resources types;the development and construction types of agricultural parks are put forward from three aspects of resource characteristics,agricultural production content and functional features;and the technical means of agricultural park implementation are put forward from three aspects of planning technology,agricultural production technology and pest warning.(3)In the face of rural ecological crisis caused by farmland non-point source pollution,the ecological theory as a guide,in accordance with the principle of structure determines function,put forward two kinds of new mode of agricultural park planning,namely the mode of biodiversity agricultural production unit and the functional integration of rural industrial unit,in order to solve the problems of agricultural ecological and industrial transformation problems.(4)Due to the large population and shortage of arable land in China,this paper puts forward the planning orientation of agricultural park in China,which is agricultural production as the foundation,rich and varied forms,agricultural culture as the soul,functional expansion and industrial integration innovation.Putting forward the planning theory of agricultural park from the aspects of prophase argumentation system,project planning system,basic supporting system and post evaluation system,so as to realize the sustainable development of rural ecology and Industry.From the point of view of the complex ecosystem of nature,economy and society of agricultural park,the post evaluation system of agricultural park planning is establishe.According to the different characteristics of resources,agricultural park can be divided into four types: physiographic style,agricultural production type,art humanistic type and compound type.At the same time,the evaluation system is used to evaluate the completed projects.As a new mode of rural industry development,agricultural park is produced under the background of rapid urbanization and transformation of rural industry in china.The main innovation of this paper is the proposal of two unit models and the construction of agricultural park planning and post planning evaluation system.The theories and methods proposed in this paper are expected to be the important basis for the compilation of technical specifications for agricultural park planning in China,which will provide useful reference and help for the development and construction of agricultural parks in china.
