Priority to develop urban public transport is not only the demand of economic and social development,but also the important measure to benefit the people’s livelihood.The evaluation theory of transit intelligent scheduling is the forefront research subject in the research field of transit scheduling.Scientific evaluation of urban transit scheduling has certain guiding significance and application value to increase passenger flow attraction and improve the public transport service quality.This dissertation is supported by the National High Technology Research and Development Program.Focused on transit scheduling system,important influences of transit scheduling are analyzed,and the evaluation indicator system of intelligent bus transit scheduling is established.Moreover,the evaluation models and algorithm theory of transit scheduling are presented.On this basis,characteristics and applicability of different evaluation methods is compared.Last but not least,evaluation software of intelligent bus dispatching is developed.The main contents and corresponding results are as follows:(1)The evaluation indicator system of intelligent bus transit scheduling is established.From the perspective of passengers,bus enterprises,and technical management personnel,intelligent bus transit scheduling evaluation is analyzed,and relevant indicator system is established.Standardized methods are put forwarded for each evaluation index of different dimensions.Common comprehensive evaluation methods are analyzed.According to different scheduling stages,scheduling form,user characteristics of evaluation system,it is proposed that evaluation models and comparative study are necessary.(2)Evaluation models of intelligent bus transit scheduling are established.Furthermore,evaluation methods and algorithm are proposed.(1)An improved fuzzy evaluation model of bus dispatching is established.Aiming at the problem of membership functions,quantitative indicators are determined by triangular fuzzy numbers,and qualitative indicators are calculated by fuzzy statistical method.And the improved fuzzy AHP method is applied to calculate index weight.Then,according to the index correlation results,significant indexed of the fuzzy evaluation method are put forward.Finally,with the bus route data,the improved fuzzy evaluation model and calculation theory are proposed.(2)An improved attribute interval recognition model of bus dispatching is established.According to characteristics of various indicators,attribute interval function is calculated,and illustrated by the mapping function schematic.And the variation coefficient of the indicators is calculated by the coefficient of variation method.Finally,according to confidence criteria and assessment criteria,the evaluation level of scheduling scheme is determined.Finally,through the index correlation analysis,evaluation effect is discussed and the model is discussed.(3)The grey system evaluation method is put forward.Calculation method of grey evaluation coefficient is improved,and combined with entropy method,grey evaluation model is established.Furthermore,Grey-correlation evaluation function is improved.Grey-correlation theory is also applied to calculate indicator weight.And grey-correlation evaluation model is established.Then,through the index correlation analysis,evaluation effect is discussed.Finally,the two models are applied and analyzed.(4)Rough set evaluation method of bus transit scheduling is studied.For the redundant problem of evaluation information,the characteristic reduction of evaluation criteria is conducted by the establishment of the discernibility matrix.And according to the measure method of attribute importance,indicator weight is calculated.Based on the methods,rough set evaluation model of bus transit scheduling is established.Then,through the index correlation analysis,evaluation effect is studied and application of evaluation model is described.(3)The evaluation software system of intelligent bus transit scheduling is developed.Through the management of various dispatching information,such as vehicles,routes,and timetables,data are collected into tables,and scheduling database is improved.Also,design scheme of evaluation software is optimized by integration development platform.Furthermore,the running interfaces of each evaluation subsystem are published,in order to realize intelligent evaluation function of bus transit scheduling.(4)The evaluation methods are compared.The advantages and disadvantages of evaluation models of fuzzy mathematics,attribute interval recognition,gray systems,and rough set are compared from aspects of reliability,effectiveness and practicability.Correlative degrees between evaluation results and the passenger satisfaction indicators,economic benefit indicators,and scheduling technology indicators.On the basis,according to different evaluation subjects,and different stages of scheduling desire,the applicability of the above-mentioned evaluation methods is discussed.
