In recent years,the application of BIM technology for the AEC field in China is in the ascendant,the theory and application research continue to deepen,and the standard compilation work is carried out in an all-round way.Promoting the application of BIM has become the consensus and unified action of the government,industry and enterprises.However,there are still many problems in the development and application of BIM.Among them,the most prominent problem is that barriers to the circulation of building information in various specialties and stages still exist,and the stages of design,construction,operation and maintenance in a BIM application projects are often separated.The information exchange based on the industrial foundation class(IFC)standard can not be realized because of the lack of model view definition(MVD)which meet the exchange requirements.These existed problems lead to the technical advantages and values of BIM in the whole life cycle can not be fully exerted.Therefore,this paper studies the BIM model of reinforced concrete structure detailed design and the corresponding MVD based on IFC standard,in order to break through the information barrier existed between the stage of design and construction.On this basis,the refined analysis MVD is proposed to meet the information exchange requirement for the analysis model based on the solid element,and a new way of information exchange based on IFC standard between BIM model and general finite element analysis software is realized.Through the research in this paper,a feasible technical approach is explored for the information exchange for all professions in the whole life cycle based on IFC standards,which intend to promot the application and development of BIM.The main contents and achievements of this paper include:1,The business process and data structure of the reinforced concrete structure detailed design model are studied,and the software PbimsConcrete used for detailed design is developed according to the usual design practice of China.Based on the reinforcement information from structural analysis,the detailed design of reinforced concrete structure is completed automatically,and the detailes of reinforcing bars such as anchoring,lapping and bending in frame and shear wall members is clearly expressed,which completely accords with China’s design specifications and construction drawing expression habits.2,The IFC standard is studied,the core data organization structure which includes three categories of objects,two kinds of attributes and six types of relationships is extracted.The mapping relationship between the data base of PKPM-BIM platform and IFC entity is constructed.A three-level information exchange approach based on MVD is established,and subsequently information exchange between PKPM-BIM platform and IFC standard is realized.3,In according with the principles of object-oriented idea,the structural element domain entities of IFC are extended,and the rebar set entity,continuous component entity,structural system and other entities are added to realize the fine expression of reinforcing bar.Based on the IFC standard data definition and organization,the IFC description of reinforced concrete structures is established.On this basis,the reinforced concrete structure detaied design MVD is proposed,and the information exchange of the detailed design model is realized based on the MVD.4,Based on the published structural analysis MVD,this paper explores the description of topological information in the IFC standard,and analyzes the exchange requirements and key issues of fine finite element analysis model.And the necessary entity extension in the structural analysis domain of the IFC standard is carried out.The entities such as the body element,the body action,the body response and the structural element components are added,so that the structural analysis model can be accurately described at both macro and micro levels.On the premise of compatibility with the existing structure analysis MVD,the structure refined analysis MVD is proposed and the information exchange of the refined analysis model is realized based on the MVD.5,In order to realize the data connection and application of refined analysis MVD and PKPM-BIM platform and other commercial finite element analysis software,the finite element pre and post-processing software PbimsPrePost and the ABAQUS-oriented IFC interface software AbaqusIfcRw are developed.The automatic formation mechanism of structural refinement finite element model based on the solid element is proposed,which greatly improves the accuracy and efficiency of structural modeling and analysis.The approach and efficiency of data exchange are verified by the nonlinear analysis of a frame shear wall structure.
