Major equipment manufacturing is a strategic industry which is related to national economic security and national defense security,and its level of development determines the core competitiveness of a country's equipment manufacturing industry." Large-scale measurement" technology is one of the key supporting technologies in the development of major equipment manufacturing industry.The following characteristics and difficulties exist in large-scale measurement:due to the wide range and irregular distribution of the measuring point,and the requirement of measurement accuracy is not the same,so the construction method of measurement network should be flexible and extendable;it's hard to aiming at point to be measured on a large object quickly and accurately;the environment condition of large space is difficult to control,so measurement accuracy is susceptible to environmental factors.National Natural Science Foundation Project "The Key Technology to Build Wireless Sensor Network-Guided High-Precision Large Space Coordinate measuring Network "(Project No.51275149),is to set up a new concept system of large-scale measurement in order to promote the rapid development of China's large-scale measurement technology.The project aims to construct a large space coordinate measuring network with low cost,high precision,automatization and expansibility by taking the advantages of large range and high precision of laser ranging,and the characteristic of wireless sensor network positioning without directionality.This dissertation focuses on the target station and the goal of "low cost,high precision,automation and expansibility" for constructing the large space coordinate measuring network,and the main work contents and innovative achievements are as follows.1.The target station is designed to meet the requirements of fast and precise aiming.There are many problems in measurement network directly aiming at the point to be measured.For this reason,a method of measuring the coordinates of the point to be measured by measuring the feature point coordinates is put forward,which is related to the feature point of the cooperation target on the target station.The whole structure scheme of the target station is studied.A portable target station is designed by using the spherical target with simple measurement model.The three-dimensional attitude information is obtained directly from the polyhedron target,and the related mathematic modeling is completed.The mobile target station which can automatically modify the attitude error is designed.2.The flexibility construction method of measurement network is studied to meet the requirements of irregular distributed measured points and unequal measurement precision.To complete the measurement task of irregular distribution of the points to be measured and unequal precision measurement requirements,a precision adaptive layout method is proposed,which makes the minimum number of measurement stations needed for constructing measurement network.In order to calibrate the measurement network of coplanar installation,the simulation station aided self-calibration method is proposed:improve the calibration accuracy of the measurement network by arranging the simulation station in the position far away from the installation surface of the measuement station and constructing the temporary measurement unit by simulation station and the partial measurement stations.3.The automatic aiming method is studied and the corresponding software is developed.When measuring the coordinates of measurement station's range starting point by using method of simulation station aided self-calibration,the station should aim at the center point of the spherical target on the simulation station,and the active station should aim at the center point of the target plate of the passive station.When measuring the coordinates of the point to be measured by using the mobile target station,the measurement station should aim at the center point of the polyhedron target measured surface.In this paper,the automatic aiming method about spherical target,polyhedron target and target plate is studied according to their shape characteristics.4.The experiment system of large space coordinate measuring network is constructed and the correlative verification experiment is completed.In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed measurement network aiming methods and the flexible construction method,the corresponding experimental system is constructed and the related software is compiled,and the verification experiments are completed finally.The experimental results show that the proposed methods is feasible and effective.
