Research On Urban-rural Space Coordinate Growth Mechanisms And Planning Methods Of Central Area Of Medium-sized Cities In Northwest China

Currently the urbanization of Northwest China has entered a rapid growth phase,but compared with the whole country,the level is still low.As the key link,the medium-sized cities have a significant impact on the improvement of urban system.And they themselves also need to coordinate the relationship between urban and rural space,in order to promote urbanization and improve urban and rural space quality.So it is meaningful to further study the urban-rural space coordinate growth mechanisms and planning methods for the specific urban-rural integration phase,for promoting the transformation of urban and rural space development.Firstly,the paper summarized the basic theories and relevant researches on the urban-rural space coordinate growth at home and abroad.Starting from the fairness and efficiency of universal values,it explored the coordinated objective of urban-rural space growth in the perspective of urban planning.It re-examined the value of urban and rural space in medium-sized cities in northwest China.On this basis,it established the planning framework of objective orientation,whole process evaluation,mechanisms design and planning methods for urban-rural space coordinate growth in the medium-sized cities in Northwest China.Secondly,the paper reviewed the space coordination of urban-rural in medium-sized cities in Northwest China,and evaluated the coordination of Weinan.Better than “domain-wide scale”,it proposed that the "central area" was a highly integrated urban-rural area,for matching with the development stage of urban-rural integration.It should be served as a key area of urban-rural space,guiding the orderly integration of urban and rural space,and giving a strong impetus to the urban and rural development of city.The paper took the coordination process of urban-rural space growth as a reproduction process.In order to guide the reorganization of elements and the formation of space carrier of benefit synergy,it constructed a coupling structure model of urban-rural space network,the urban-rural space growth composite center and urban-rural space unit.After reviewing traditional planning methods,it established an urban-rural space planning technology methods system in the(pan)"multi-regulation" perspective,and proposed an urban-rural space coordinate growth institutional framework for Weinan.
