The thesis begins with the application of BWE technology in large-scale surface mines in China,based on the operation practice experience and technology selection process in Heidaigou Surface Mine,Yuanbaoshan Surface Mine,Zhahanaoer Surface Mine and Yimin Surface Mine.Research methods such as statistical theory,mining system engineering theory,computer 3-dimensional geological modeling technology,system reliability analysis technology and technological economics principle are applied to study the evaluation of resource conditions of main large-scale surface mines in China,the external and internal application conditions of BWE technology,the system reliability of BWE technology system,optimization of BWE technology system and the feasibility of BWE technology in complicated geological conditions.The main research work and contents of the thesis are listed as follows:(1)Evaluation of Resource Conditions of Large-scale Surface Mines in C hinaRegional distribution of major surface mines in China is surveyed systematically and the development status and future development information of the main large-scale surface mines in China is integreted.Based on the regional distribution characteristics,the climate characteristics of the mining area,the occurrence of coal seams,geological complexity,the production scale of the mine,the size of the mining area,the data of mining,transportation and stripping ratio of main surface mines in China,evaluation of the resource conditions for the present surface mining areas,surface mines under development,surface mines to be developed and expanded is conducted.Basic information support for the study on the suitability of BWE technology in China is provided.(2)Research on the External and Internal Application Conditions of BWE Technology and BWE Evaluation SystemTaking Heidaigou,Yuanbaoshan and Zhahanaoer surface mines as research objects,the historical operating data,economic data,technical parameter data and fault information data of the above-mentioned mine's BWE and other process systems are investigated,collected and analyzed to study the development and changes in the application of BWE in China's surface mines and to analyze the key issues affecting the application of BWE.Taking the BWE of Heidaigou,Yuanbaoshan,Zhahanaoer,and Yimin surface mines as the research object,the topographical features of the 4 sets of BWE applied in their respective mines,the clinatic features of the mining areas and topsoil,the characteristics of layer materials,the process layout parameters,the comparison of economic benefits and the evaluation of application status are systematically analyzed and studied.The common condition for application of BWE is refined from various subdivided research elements,forming BWE tech evaluation system,combined with the data and characteristics of major surface mines in China.The applicability of BWE in the resource conditions of China's surface mines is researched.(3)Research on Reliability of the BWE Technology System Based on Fault Tree TheoryBased on the system reliability theory,the BWE system is classified into a series of repairable complex systems.According to the layout model of BWE in Heidaigou,Yuanbaoshan and Zhahanaoer surface mines,the thesis concludes the logical structure of 4 kinds of BWE technology system(conventional layout,BWE technology system with diversion station,One-operation-one-standby BWE technology system,Double-BWE-one-belt BWE technology),by systematic investigation and statistics of the fault categories,fault characteristics and fault data of the present large-scale BWE technology and compact BWE technology,the principle of fault tree analysis is applied to construct a fault tree that meets the characteristics of BWE technology failures.By a series of operations,the fault tree of BWE technology is qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.An innovative research method for determing the main failure modes of BWE technology is conducted.(4)Research on Key Technologies of BWE System OperationAfter onsite investigation of the operation of BWE technology in Heidaigou,Yuanbaoshan and Zhahanaoer surface mines,based on the actual problems encountered in the operation of BWE technology and the thought combining BWE technology and other processes to upgrade the overall efficiency of the mine,BWE technology working bench setting in the condition of water-rich is optimized,the optimization of the process of upgrading the topsoil stripping efficiency is carried out by joint operation of BWE systems,the optimization of the matching process system between BWE system and other processes is studied.(5)Research on the Feasibility of BWE Technology in Complicated Geological ConditionGiven the transition of coal mining area in surface mine,the geological condition of BWE technology application has undergone dramstic changes.The thickness of topsoil layer reduced,the topsoil layer thickness is unevenly distributed,the surface topography changes greatly and the deep ditches are prevailing.The above characteristics form the real condition for the operation of BWE technology in complicated geological condition.Based on the geological data of complicated geology and mining areas,the 3-dimensional geological model truly reflecting the complicated geological condition is constructed.Based on the model,combining with the operating characteristics and operating condition of BWE technology,several layout models of BWE technology are studied and designed.After the optimization of BWE system,2 categories of BWE layout models are researched and designed as one BWE with one belt conveyor and double BWE with one belt conveyor.According to the layout parameters of the 2 layout,the calculation of the production capacity of each layout and the auxiliary engineering capacity is performed.Based on the historical economic data of BWE system and single-bucket-truck system,the economic comparison between BWE system and single-bucket-truck system is conducted.By the method of system engineering,qualitative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of BWE technology operation in complicated geological condition is performed.The above research provides a systematic research method for the application of BWE system in complicated geological condition.
