Based on China's Caohai National Nature Reserve as the research object.7 types of planting were selected,namely,swamp,shrub(grass),wet meadow,farmland,economic forest,coniferous forest,broad-leaved forest.Calculate and study the 7 types of carbon storage.Analysis of the distribution pattern and change of Caohai wetland vegetation biomass,vegetation carbon content,vegetation carbon storage and soil bulk density,soil carbon content,soil carbon storage.Effects of vegetation types and other factors on vegetation and soil organic carbon storage.Revealing the effect of artificial reclamation on the carbon sequestration capacity of Wetland.In this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The total carbon storage of vegetation and soil is influenced by vegetation types.The change is more obvious in the marsh.At the same time,human make the difference of the carbon storage is significant.The total carbon storage of vegetation and soil is 6.33 × 105 t.It is estimated that the total value of Caohai wetland carbon sequestration is 7.86 × 108 yuan.The carbon storage of different vegetation types in unit area is:the carbon storage of the marsh vegetation is 39.31 ±2.59 kg · m-2,the carbon storage of shrub(grass)is 34.74 ±2.83 kg · m-2,the carbon storage of wet meadow vegetation is 32.37±2.73 kg · m-2,the carbon storage of farmland vegetation is 40.1 ± 2.92 kg · m-2,the carbon storage of economic forest is 44.02 ±2.65 kg · m-2,the carbon storage of coniferous forest is 34.17±2.58 kg · m-2,the carbon storage of broad-leaved forest is 36.62 ±2.38 kg · m-2.(2)The vegetation carbon storage is closely related to the vegetation types.The difference of vegetation carbon storage decreased significantly by human disturbance.The vegetation carbon storage of different vegetation types in unit area is:the carbon storage of the marsh vegetation is 2.69 ± 0.15 kg · m-2.the carbon storage of shrub(grass)is 3.6± 0.28 kg ·m-2.the carbon storage of wet meadow vegetation is 4.33 ±0.34 kg · m-2,Lhe carbon storage of farmland vegetation is 2.54 ±0.20 kg · m-2,the carbon storage of economic forest is 8.24 ±0.35 kg · m-2,the carbon storage of coniferous forest is 12.7± 0.32 kg · m-2,the carbon storage of broad-leaved forest is 11.93 ±0.38 kg · m-2.(3)The size of the soil carbon storage is inversely proportional to the depth of the soil,at the same time by the impact of vegetation types,and has significant difference.The spatial distribution pattern of soil carbon storage is changed by human disturbance.The differences of soil carbon storage in different depths were changed.Taking the swamp as an example:In the soil depth of 0-10cm,10-20cm,20-30cm,30-40cm,40-50cm,soil carbon reserves are 11.38±0.70 kg · m2?10.73±0.81 kg · m-2?10.09±0.75 kg · m-2?2.89±0.11 kg · m-2?1.53±0.08 kg · m-2,the vertical law of decreasing distribution is obvious.From the level of spatial distribution law,there was no significant difference in the distribution of soil carbon storage.A case study of 0-10cm in soil depth,the proportion of soil carbon storage in the swamp is 17.2%,the proportion of soil carbon storage in the shrub(grass)is 14.9%,the proportion of soil carbon storage in the wet meadow is 11.3%,the proportion of soil carbon storage in the farmland is 17.0%,the proportion of soil carbon storage in the economic forest is 14.9%,the proportion of soil carbon storage in the coniferous forest is 11.3%,the proportion of soil carbon storage in the broad-leaved forest is 13.5%.The soil carbon storage in the peat layer is very high in the swamp,farmland and forest land,achieve the maximum value of the whole.In particular,the soil carbon storage in the peat is more obvious in the peat layer.The carbon storage of the peat layer in the swamp almost reached the 1.5 times of soil carbon storage in the farmland and forest land.Estimation of soil carbon storage in 3 different vegetation types in lm depth:the unit area carbon storage of the marsh soil is 2.66 × 104t · km-2.the unit area carbon storage of the farmland soil is 1.99×104t· km-2.the unit area carbon storage of the forest soi is 1.09 ×104t · km-2.(4)The size of soil bulk density is proportional to the depth of the soil,at the same time by the impact of vegetation types.The density of wetland soil was significantly increased by human disturbance,the soil bulk density had little effect on the forest soil.From the level of spatial distribution law,soil bulk density of farmland,economic forest,coniferous forest,broad-leaved forest accounted for a large proportion.A case study of 0-10cm in soil depth,the proportion of soil bulk density in the swamp is 10.1%,the proportion of soil bulk density in the shrub(grass)is 11.6%,the proportion of soil bulk density in the wet meadow is 12.5%,the proportion of soil bulk density in the farmland is 16.4%,the proportion of soil bulk density in the economic forest is 17.1%,the proportion of soil bulk density in the coniferous forest is 16.6%,the proportion of soil bulk density in the broad-leaved forest is 16.6%.(5)The size of soil carbon content is inversely proportional to the depth of the soil,at the same time by the impact of vegetation types.The carbon content of the soil was reduced by human disturbance.But the carbon content of the surface soil was increased due to fertilization.Taking the swamp as an example,in the soil depth of 0-10cm,10-20cm,20-30cm,30-40cm and 40-50cm,the content of soil carbon is 31.33±0.82 g· kg-1?24.86±0.67g· kg-1?15.32±0.83 g· k-1?12.51±0.73 g· kg-1?10.64± 1.56 g· k-1.The vertical law of decreasing distribution is obvious.From the level of spatial distribution la,w,the content of soil carbon is larger in the proportion of marsh and farmland.A case study of 0-10cm in soil depth,the proportion of soil carbon content in the swamp is 16.9%,the proportion of soil carbon content in the shrub(grass)is 13.4%,the proportion of soil carbon content in the wet meadow is 13.5%,the proportion of soil carbon content in the farmland is 15.3%,the proportion of soil carbon content in the economic forest is 14.6%,the proportion of soil carbon content in the coniferous forest is 12.8%,the proportion of soil carbon content in the coniferous forest is 13.5%.
