The Relativities Research Of IT Governance And Enterprise Value And The Influences Mechnism To Coporate Performance

At present,the field of IT governance is focused on the research and analysis of information technology and information system,which is involved in IT governance and corporate value and performance,however,these studies mostly neglect the intrinsic link between IT governance and enterprise value,ignoring the role of IT governance in enterprise performance,resulting in the IT investment can not achieve the desired objectives.According to the theory of Strategic information synergy theory,Institutional environment theory,I nformation technology business ecological theory,it is necessary to study the IT governance from the perspective of enterprise value chain,the IT governance objectives and enterprise business objectives,the enterprise has the internal and external resources,the regulations and standards of the system to introduce IT governance model.In the study of the mechanism and mechanism of IT governance,the paper explores the relationship between IT governance and enterprise value,explores and empirically studies how IT governance functions on enterprise performance,from the perspective of value chain to build enterprise IT governance system.At the same time,in the context of information and economic globalization,enterprise development is facing more and more severe internal and external competition environment.In the new economy and knowledge economy environment,enterprises should enhance their core competitiveness,establish their own competitive advantages,improve the enterprise's value and performance.In this paper,based on the theory of IT governance and enterprise value theory,the influence of IT governance on corporate value and performance is studied by combining theoretical and empirical methods.First of all,the relevant literature research is carried out,the concept of IT governance,the research of IT governance,the classification and the classical model of IT governance,and the relevant relationship between IT governance and enterprise value are studied;Secondly,based on the theory of enterprise value chain,the research concept of IT governance is re integrated,and it is divided into four dimensions,which constructs the conceptual model of this paper,analyzes the mechanism of its effect on the enterprise value and performance,and puts forward the research proposition;Then,based on the empirical data of three board listed companies doing empirical data analysis,to empirical correlation between IT governance and enterprise value;Finally,using the method of questionnaire survey,600 questionnaires were used to study the path and root of IT governance.The main research results of this paper are summarized as follows:Firstly,the IT governance behavior is systematically analyzed,and the research content of IT governance is extended.According to the theory of strategic information synergy,core competence theory and institutional environment theory,the research on the mechanism of IT governance and its influence mechanism are also analyzed,to combine the three dimensions of enterprise value target,internal and external resources and IT governance,and the special regulations and standards of the enterprise,proposing the ROGE conceptual model of enterprise IT governance system which is composed of a four-dimensional cube.Second,based on the corporate governance theory and the enterprise boundary theory,the influence mechanism of IT governance on enterprise value is analyzed.The role of IT governance in the perspective of value chain,and the relationship between IT governance and corporate governance are studied;At the same time,combined with the research content of this paper from the market value and the intrinsic value of the two dimensions of enterprise value is analyzed.In this paper,we consider that the impact of IT governance on corporate value is mainly reflected in the reconstruction of enterprise value chain and enhance the enterprise's competitive advantage;the IT governance,regulatory standards,IT capabilities,corporate performance of their relationship and concept model.Third,IT governance and enterprise value have positive correlation,which is an important factor to influence and promote the enterprise value.IT governance is a complex process that affects the value of an enterprise,based on Stakeholder Theory and empirical data test,the most influential factors in the process of IT governance are derived.Because of the different nature of stakeholders,the target demands are different,the stakeholders of IT governance can be classified and managed effectively to achieve the demands of different stakeholders,and to improve the value of IT investment.Fourth,IT governance has many aspects of corporate performance,which is mainly reflected in the performance,social performance and financial performance.The impact of IT governance on corporate performance is reflected in the economic efficiency of investment and output,rather than the organization in the enterprise,but the position of IT governance in the enterprise,in turn,to a large extent affect the landing problem of IT governance.In the case of the separation of ownership and management of modern enterprise system,corporate governance must be closely integrated with IT governance,which can solve the problem of information asymmetry and risk prevention and control in the process of enterprise management.Fifth,IT governance is not a direct effect on enterprise performance,but through the ability of the IT path of the enterprise performance,the impact on the enterprise performance,and IT ability is mainly through business processes to affect the enterprise performance.IT ability through the IT and enterprise business matching level,infrastructure investment,IT talent power,IT Department of the ability to work four paths affect corporate performance,which IT and business matching degree and the influence of IT talent force.IT governance has a direct effect on corporate performance through IT,and when the mediating effect of IT capability,there is no direct relationship between IT governance and corporate performance.Previous research on the relationship between IT governance and corporate performance,but the quantitative relationship between the statistical sense and the statistical sense.Finally,according to the theory of system environment,this part analyzes the importance of regulatory standards as the external environment of enterprises,especially on the IT governance of
