Empirical Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Corporate Governance Level Of Listed Company

The corporate was in the risk and governance levels is droping, because of unreasonable governance mechanism, unreasonable structure design or operation behavior, resulting in corporate governance deviated from its objective and company decision-making mistake, and influence the corporate governance level, at the same time ill supervisory makes stakeholder interests unguaranted, even the company bankrupt. Currently many listed companies happened corporate governance level droping besides internal controllers, other stakeholders was hard to perceive the company appearing risk, therefore, to find the factors that affect the company level of management is important to improve corporate governance level. This thesis designed influence corporate governance level related factors based on questionnaire which collected the data, use Lisrel model and software SPSS to analyze the data, and constructs the corporate governance structure, management behavior, equity structure and corporation governance environment that four aspects influence corporate governance level through structural equation model test, finally find influence factors that influence corporate governance level.This thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter in this thesis introduced the research background, the research significance, literature review, the thesis content and structure arrangement. Studies objective and research methods in this thesis are discussed, and finally puts forward the innovation points of this thesis. The second chapter express the theory basis about corporate governance. Chapter three analyzes the related factors that affect governance levels, and points out that the corporate governance structure, governance behavior, corporate equity structure and corporation governance environment influence corporate governance. Income level, stakeholder satisfaction, disclosure quality are corporate governance level indicator. The fourth chapter describes the questionnaire about the design process of questionnaire survey and the reliability and validity of the inspection. The fifth chapter expresses structural equation analysis method to analysis relations between corporate governance structure, management behavior, the ownership structure corporate governance environment and governance levels for empirical research, by using questionnaire survey method collection data, then Lisrel model and SPSS as empirically analysis method are used to carry out the path simultaneous output. Finally, the conclusion that is governance structure, management behavior, corporate equity structure and corporation governance environment is influence factors of corporate governance level.
