Internet of Things is a significant composition of current information technology as well as a crucial phase of informationalized era.With the rapid development of information technology and subtilized social division of labor,third party logistics(TPL)has experienced a high-speed development worldwide,which attracted extensive attention of latest scholars and enterprises.TPL,in which logistic service is accomplished by a third party besides the supplier and receiver of it,is an emerging operation mode of logistics service and important approach to logistics professional.Being an crucial part of "perceptive China",Internet of things technologies has greatly promoted the development of TPL and improved the monitoring level of cargo storage,sorting and distribution,which contributes greatly to logistic cost reduction the and efficiency promoting.However,the third party's logistics resources show some new characteristics in the Internet of things.Only by discovering and mastering the TPL endowment and law,can we manage the third party's logistics resources in a better way and solve the idling and shortage problem of TPL resources,which eventually promote the development of China's logistic industry.Consequently,as an method to rationalize TPL,investigating in the optimization disposition problem in Internet of Things is of great strategic and realistic significance.To reduce cost and improve competency,TPL companies must introduce advanced Internet of things technologies in its production and management processes and establish a high-efficient,complete and powerful information and logistic system with modern information technology,which thereby integrate information and goods flow and achieved a real logistic revolution.Storage,sorting and delivery cost are the mean sources of logistic cost.Reducing those costs can improve the efficiency and competency of a TPL company.However,seldom research has investigated the new characteristics,such as the network,dynamic and autonomy character,of TPL in Internet of goods.Therefore,studying in the optimization disposition theory of TPL in Internet of goods has a great theoretical and realistic significance in improving the efficiency of third party's logistics resources usage,decreasing logistic operating cost and increasing customer's satisfactory.Based on above reasons,this article studied the optimal allocation problem of storage,sorting and delivery in Internet of Things and specifically analyzed the practical problem of TPL in tobacco industry.The purpose of our paper is to improve the efficiency of TPL in Internet of Things,decreasing logistic cost integrating social resources and promote the development of TPL industries.Specifically,our research included:(1)Mechanism analysis of optimization disposition of TPL resources in Internet of Things.The emerging,formation,and development of TPL industry is not a coincidence.This paper analyzes the resource endowment of TPL,characterizes storaging,sorting and delivery resources of TPL,and analyzes the driver and mode of TPL,based on which we conducted industrial organization analysis and coordinating analysis by SCP framework.(2)Optimize storage resource allocation mode of TPL in Internet of Things and arithmetic studiesWe investigate the influence of Internet of Things on TPL inventory as well as the mean problems and obstacles in developing TPL storage;propose the mathematical model of optimize storage resource allocation and solve the model by a modified differential evolution(MDE)algorithm.At last,examine the algorithm by numerical experiences and analyze the performance of collaborative storage.(3)Optimize sorting resource allocation mode of TPL in Internet of Things and arithmetic studiesWe investigate the influence of Internet of Things on TPL sorting as well as the mean Internet of Things techniques and sorting strategies;propose the mathematical model of optimize sorting resource allocation and solve the model by Improved double-population genetic algorithm.At last,examine the algorithm by numerical experiences and analyze the performance of collaborative sorting.(4)Optimize delivery resource allocation mode of TPL in Internet of Things and arithmetic studiesWe investigate the influence of Internet of Things on TPL delivery as well as the mean Internet of Things techniques;propose the mathematical model of optimize delivery resource allocation and solve the model by improved genetic algorithm.At last,examine the algorithm by numerical experiences and analyze the performance of collaborative delivery.(5)Application of optimal allocation of resources of TPL in tobacco logistic industry studiesAnalyzes the Internet of Things techniques in tobacco industries at home and abroad as well as the influence of Internet of Things on tobacco logistic.We also study the optimize resource allocation problems of storage,sorting,and delivery respectively in tobacco industry.
