| In recent years,the world shipping market competition is becoming more and more fierce,and the problem about the structural overcapacityin the shipbuilding industry is becoming more and more serious.At the same time,the shipbuilding industry itself presents the trend of cluster and network development.Faced with the new situation and new challenges,the shipbuilding industry is in urgent need to clarify its own development rules,considering the supply side structural adjustment and reform as the breakthrough point,to optimize the allocation of resources and enhance the international competitiveness.Based on the idea of structure determines function,this paper puts forward the scientific definition of the shipbuilding industry cluster network by the network analysis method,exploring the evolution of shipbuilding industrial cluster network,and analyzes its production functional structure,resources integration functional structure and innovation functional structure,to explore the effective method for lifting the shipbuilding industry cluster network’s production capacity,resources integration capability and innovation ability,for enhancing the international competitiveness of our country’s shipbuilding industry cluster.Firstly,this paper uses CiteSpaceⅢ software to have a visual analysis of related research literature about the shipbuilding industrial cluster network for systematic reviewing of the literature and the relevant theoretical research in oerder to lay a theoretical foundation for further research.And then,this paper gives a scientific definition of the shipbuilding industrial cluster network,and analyzes the formation mechanism of the shipbuilding industry cluster network to explain the environment interpretation of the shipbuilding industry cluster network in our country and how these environmental factors effect on the structure and ability of the shipbuilding industry cluster network.Then,this paper explores the root causes of the current problems referring to overcapacity,low technological content of products and bad supporting facilities in the shipbuilding industry cluster network,and constructs the analysis framework of the functional structure of shipbuilding industrial cluster network and its abilityThe second is about the research on the production capacity of shipbuilding industry cluster network.This paper analyzes the generation and evolution of the production functional structure of the shipbuilding industry cluster network putting farword the of the energystructure,cooperation structure and circling structure which is belong to the production functional structure,and discusses that the main function and effects of different structures.This paper analyzes the coupling relationship between these three kinds of structures,and constructs Coupling-Ability Model of the production functional of shipbuilding industry cluster network,and then,analyzes the relationships between the production functional structure coupling relation,the energy conversion rate,network efficiency and network overall production capacity to reveal how the production functional structure effects on its production capacity,and uses the empirical study to verify this model.The third is about the research on the resources integration capacity of shipbuilding industry cluster network.This paper analyzes the mechanism of the resource integration functional structure and the ability of the shipbuilding industry cluster network,and build a model of this mechanism,using Jiangsu shipbuilding industry cluster network as an example,and constructs a complex structure model of shipbuilding industry cluster network by Pajek software to have an empirical study which is in order to verify the mechanism and reveal the inherent law and characteristics of the fact that resources integration functional have an effect on its resources integration capacity.The fourth is about the research on the innovation capacity of the shipbuilding industry cluster network.This paper analyzes the structural characteristics of shipbuilding industry cluster network from the perspective of coopetition relationships between enterprises,and constructs the Coopetition model of the shipbuilding industry cluster network to respectively analyze coopetition relationships between enterprises at different levels in this network by using Lotka-Volterra Model and Evolutionary Game Model,and then builds LV-EG Model.Then,this paper uses the Matlab software to have a simulation research on the LV-EG Model to analyze the change of coopetition relationships and how they effect on the innovation mode in the process of development of the shipbuilding industrial cluster network,in order to explore the direct factors which affect on the innovation mode of the shipbuilding industry cluster.The fifth is about the evaluation research on the capacity of the shipbuilding industry cluster network.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the ability and its evaluation model ability of the shipbuilding industry cluster network from three dimensions of production capacity,resource integration ability andinnovation ability,and using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the ability of three typical shipbuilding industry cluster network of Jiangsu,Shanghai and Liaoning,to difference the capacities and function structures between them,in order to provide a realistic basis for the countermeasures to enhance the ability of our country’s shipbuilding industry cluster network.The sixth is about the research on countermeasures to improve the capacity of shipbuilding industry cluster network.Based on the above results,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the production ability,resources integration ability and innovation ability of our country’s shipbuilding industry cluster network respectively from the perspective of the enterprises and the government. |
