Research On The Influence Factors And Mode Of Modern Agricultural Development In Xinjiang

Xinjiang is one of the country's agricultural municipalities,but it is in the edge of the motherland,ecological environment is fragile,there are a lot of factors on agricultural development,how to break the obstacle restricting on agricultural development in Xinjiang,promote agricultural efficiency and farmers' income are the severe challenge that government and the farmers are faced with,developing modern agriculture is the inevitable solution to solve the constraints of resources and environment,improve the efficiency of agricultural production in Xinjiang.Realizing the modern agriculture development stage in Xinjiang,finding out the restricting factors,finding suitable mode for modern agricultural development in Xinjiang,which can improve the level of agricultural productivity,optimize the conditions of agricultural production,and realize the agricultural sustainable development in Xinjiang.Firstly,this article described the current situation of modern agricultural development in Xinjiang from the agricultural input level,agricultural output level,agricultural science and technology level,agricultural industrialization development level,level of comprehensive agricultural production capacity and economic development.It used comprehensive comparative advantage index to analyze comparative advantage of food crops,economic crops,and characteristic horticulture in Xinjiang from the perspective of industry development.Secondly,it selected eighteenth indicators from six aspects: material and equipment level,economic level,agricultural industrial structure level,agricultural science and technology level,rural economic development level,rural sustainable development level,built the system of modern agricultural evaluation index,used entropy value method to evaluate modern agricultural development level in Xinjiang from 1995 to 2014.Thirdly,researched the influence factors of modern agricultural development in Xinjiang from the angle of resource utilization efficiency,based on the panel data,regarded the economic benefits of water resource utilization as the dependent variable,selected independent variable indicators from agricultural production conditions,the mode of agricultural production,agricultural planting structure characteristics,household characteristics,the form of agricultural operation organizations,regional difference factors,established the mixed effect model,the fixed effects mode land the random effects model,made empirical analysis on the influence factors of modern agricultural development in Xinjiang.Finally,based on the field investigation in the typical regions in Xinjiang,summed up suitable modern agricultural development model from water resources,agricultural management main body,ecological environment,agricultural industry development in Xinjiang.The main research conclusions are as follows: Using the entropy method to evaluate modern agricultural development level in 1995-2014 inXinjiang,the result shows that the modern agricultural is gradually in Xinjiang,it is the starting stage of modern agricultural development from 1995 to 2007,and preliminary development stage is from 2008 to 2014.Four categories of factors significantly affect the efficient water-saving modern agricultural development in Xinjiang,including water and land resources endowment,the agricultural regional technical specialization degree,farmers' delelopment degree and water saving policy.Water and land resources play restrictive role for efficient water-saving modern agricultural development,the agricultural regional technical specialization degree and farmers' delelopment degree play promoting role for efficient water-saving modern agricultural development.Based on the field investigation of typical regions in Xinjiang,sum up the suitable mode of modern agricultural development in Xinjiang,namely efficient water-saving agriculture mode,farmers' cooperative organizations driving mode,agriculture and animal husbandry combining operation mode,agricultural products processing enterprises driving mode.Based on the evaluation of modern agricultural development level,influence factor analysis and the summary of the development mode in Xinjiang,puts forward the following suggestions: Strengthening the construction of agricultural water-saving in Xinjiang;Cultivating and enhancing the overall strength of farmers' cooperative organizations in Xinjiang;Enhancing the level of agricultural mechanization inXinjiang;Strengthening the engineering construction of agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation in Xinjiang;Increasing input to agriculture inXinjiang,widening the financing channel for agricultural development.
