Sponsored by the National Scientific & Technology support Program,China (No. 2013BAF02B10) and the National Natural Science foundation,China ( No. 51205353 ) ,this article--based on the analysis of MTM (made to measure) suits industria-lization characteristics and the related research results--mainly focuses on the enterprise production control method for suits custom, including custom suits order clustering method, suit custom enterprise master production plan research,building and layout of suit custom production workshop organization,and tailored suits sort order and the balance of assembly line,etc. Thus, a solid theoretical basis and method guidance of both realizing industrialized production and meeting the personalized demand can be provided to the suit custom enterprise.Based on the analysis on the challenge for the suit custom enterprise method and key technology research status, illustrates the significance of industrialized MTM for suits.Meanwhile, combined with domestic and foreign clothing production and its related decision theory,the aim of this paper,the main research contents and thesis structure are made clear.On the basis of the characteristics of the industrialized MTM for suits, this paper analyzes the differences of technological process with Mass production. Furthermore, it proposes a order custer method based on factor-considered -- determined by AHP-- semantic-distance for suits MTM , transforming the production of some single orders of diversity to an efficient batch production of order cluster with certain similarity and making the customer orders and production scale of individuation unified.Because the marketing mode contain both standard clothing sales and customization in the custom suit enterprise. Through forecasting the quantity demanded of the suit, the species and sales quantity of standard suit and suits MTM in the following whole year can be determined. Also, production capacity can be arranged by forecasting sales quantity. The monthly or quarterly garment type and quantity of production will be corrected in real time at the same time, thus make determining the species and quantity of production and the distribution of types and the number of levels of fabrics, for the production in advance of standard suit,possible. As popular products, clothes have uncertainty to some extent, so the principle the master production according to have certain fuzziness. To be closer to actual situation,this paper proposes a production planning optimization model based on credibility planning in fuzzy environment. By clarifying fuzzy objectives and constraints and converting fuzzy production planning model to clear equivalent form,this paper proposes a solution of this model based on a fixed period of mapping function and vector evaluation of the improved PSO.In view of the workshop production organization form and according to the characteristics of order cluster after clustered, it proposes u- Manufacturing Cell production line building, which based on order clustering and on principles of both processing object and workmanship. Furthermore, its mathematical model is established combined with the quadratic assignment problem model, the graph theory model and the advantages of mixed integer programming model. Because of the complexity of the calculation, solving can be hierarchical done by infeasibility degree adaptive PSO based on and sequence pair and the Improved the vertex weighted directed acyclic graph Manufacturing Cell layout generation algorithm.An SCGA algorithm for optimum combination of collation aimed at suits MTM sort order is put forward,so different ordering rules can meet the requirements of dynamic scheduling in different stages. In this method, tardiness and delay degree,as the objective function,are adopted to determine the time order to different cluster order, and for orders in the same cluster,the orders for relaxation,as the objective function,are adopted to determine the average order processing order.For the problem of suits MTM Cellular Manufacturing line balance design, adaptive particle swarm optimization (pso) algorithm,under the condition of the machining operation sequence constraint, are used to combine and break up all the manufacturing processes and adjust reasonably and assign to the Manufacturing Cell in the Cellular Manufacturing line. Therefore, it makes the operation time as equal as possible and close to the average rhythm, thus satisfy the demand that load adequate and balance as far as possible in every Manufacturing Cell.
