Exhaustion of fossil fuel and the global climate change problem caused by its long-term large-scale use,make the energy Internet with the characteristics of the new energy technologies and information technologies combined deeply be considered to be the key to solve the energy crisis and environmental crisis.The distributed energy system is used as a prototype of the energy Internet and already has considerable size and wide range of applications in many developed countries.China is in the middle and late industrialization,the building energy consumption in the future will become the city's main ones beyond the industrial energy consumption,and the city's widespread spatial compact and functional areas will become the main carrier of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.Therefore,under the background of energy Internet,studying the planning problem of regional distributed energy system in China,construct ing a regional distributed energy system with green low carbon,adapt ing to climate change,good economy and environmental protection,realiz ing the improvement of regional energy efficiency,have important theoretical significance and practical application value.In this paper,the factors influencing distributed energy system planning,load forecasting,system modeling and optimization,regional energy station s and network layout are studied under the background of energy Internet development,and the decision support system for regional distributed energy system planning is designed and developed.The main work is as follows:(1)The connotation and orientation of the regional distributed energy system are defined and the characteristics of low-carbonization,the flexibility,the energy Internet attributes and the comprehensive energy system of the regional distributed energy system are analyzed under the development of the energy Internet.The regional distributed energy system planning will implement the energy supply,use,transmission,storage and saving processes through the planning of energy demand,system construction,configuration optimization and pipe line network optimization,and achieve the architecture of regional energy Internet through the design of energy transportation network,energy information transmission network and energy equipment network.(2)The factors of climate,resources,environment,social development,regional functions,system comprehensive value and so on which affect system planning are analyzed.The clustering methods are used to distinguish the climate adaptability and solar energy availability of the regional distributed energy system.The energy complementary concept of the d istributed energy system planning is put forward.The carbon emissions and the environmental pressure of the regional distributed energy system are discussed,and the economic,social and policy environmental impacts of the system planning are also discussed from the aspects of macroeconomics,urbanization process,government preferential policies and the system's own value.(3)Using the combination of Sketch Up Pro,EnergyPlus and Openstudio software,the hourly cooling,heating and electrical load forecasting of regional single building are realized.Based on the supply and demand of regional energy,the load forecasting of single building is integrated into the overall regional load s using simultaneous utilization coefficients,and the overall loads of the region can avoid the problem that the load forecasting error is too large caused by simple stacking.The accuracy and reliability of the method are verified by simulation examples.(4)A cyber-physical fusion model of regional distributed energy system is proposed based on multi-agent system(MAS),which is the regional energy Internet architecture composed of power network,heating network,cooling network and information network.The system model utilizes the energy management function of the MAS to ensure the coordination,reliability,safety and effectiveness of the control between the energy supply equipment,the equipment and the load s.At the same time,the model sets up the energy management Agent and the routing Agent to realize the future energy dispatching and information coordination of the regional energy Internet,and a design of energy routing structure combining the cellular automata(CA)is presented.(5)A two-layer optimization model of regional distributed energy system is constructed based on decision-making and system configuration.The decision optimization layer consists of the social,environmental and resource factors that affect the system planning and decision making.The system optimization layer consists of economic,environmental target factors,energy balance constraint factors and multi-objective genetic optimization algorithm factors that affect the system capacity planning.The results show the feasibility and rationality of the two-layer optimization model in the simulation experiments of the islanded and grid-connected modes of distributed energy system.(6)The concept of energy distance of energy stations and pipelines layout in the regional distributed energy system planning is given,that is,the annual cost of the pipeline network construction between the energy supply and demand nodes.And a model of P-median energy stations and pipelines layout based on energy distance is established,and an algorithm of addressing and network layout of regional distributed energy system planning is proposed.The simulation results show that the proposed model and algorithm are used to determine the number and location of regional energy stations,location of energy storage center,and the optimal path of energy transmission among energy stations,storage center and load centers with the minimum of the total energy distance.(7)The decision support system for regional distributed energy system planning(RDES-DSS)is designed and developed.Based on the database,the model library,the method library and the knowledge base,the decision support system integrates the related models and optimization algorithms of the energy system planning proposed in this paper,and realizes the functional modules of the factors analysis,load forecasting,system optimization and layout optimization of system planning.Combined with the actual case,the complete planning and decision support system functions of the regional distributed energy system are showed.
