Research On Effect Of Ownership Structure On China's Industry Economy

Since the third plenary session of eleven,the adjustment of ownership structure which is the basis of our social economic relations,has been always the important work and the core issue of reform and opening up of our government.After the strategy which we take the public sector of the economy as the main body while allow a variety of economic elements coexist has been put forward,We are always working to overcome the resistance of the unreasonable ownership structure of productivity development.The public sector of the economy reform and the development of non-public economy made important contributions to the rapid economic development of our country.The growth of non-public economy increased market activity by autonomous mode of operation and flexible configuration mechanism elements,and expanded the overall strength of the gross national economy,especially the industrial economy,increased the supply of social products.Non-public economic development to break the trend of a single rigid ownership economy,forming a common development of various economic situation,promoting the growth of industrial economies,improve the industrial economy labor factor input-output efficiency.The adjustment of the ownership structure is a theory which is widely concerned by domestic academia for a long time.However,the study always focuses on the definition of ownership structure,the ownership effect on corporate performance,ownership structure on the local economy and industry economy,the reform or change of ownership and so on,although there has been a lot of research results,there also have various problems,such as the fuzzy of the concept of ownership,or lack of quantitative analysis for the research of ownership,lead to the result of lack of operability,lack of decision system of ownership and its structure change regularity and efficiency of different ownership.In this paper,we study the change of ownership structure in our country,the change of ownership structure on the basis of econometric model and the industrial economy in our country.And have a empirical research on the relationship between the regional operation efficiency and benefit.Base on the conclusions which research by the adjustment of ownership structure of government decision-making game analysis,put forward the countermeasures of the development of industrial economy in our country,in order to evaluate the efficiency of the overall and regional industrial economy development and benefits of our country.help us to understand more clearly to the necessity and importance of ownership structure reform in China,to grasp the overall and different areas in China current situation,development trends and characteristics of ownership structure better,and analyzes its main problems,target to adjust and perfect the system of ownership structure.First of all,the thesis defines the meaning of the ownership and the ownership structure,and refine the changes in the process of China's ownership structure,innovation and problems,and relative industry development course and the characteristics of economic development through the change of ownership structure in our country,found that the change of ownership structure and the development trend of China's industrial economy is relevance,using Douglas production function of quantitative analysis found that the change of the ownership structure affected by allocation of factor of production and efficiency and influence the development of industrial economy.Second,in this paper we evaluate the economic benefit of different ownership industrial enterprises in China.Using the factor analysis method of multivariate statistical analysis and SPSS,take the industrial enterprises of whole country and 31 provinces as research object,the results show the contrast of the researches,and compared the industrial economic development benefits of east,middle and west regional from the angle of ownership structure.Again,in the paper we evaluate the economic efficiency of different ownership industrial enterprises industry of eight economic zone.Found that the performances of state-owned industrial economic are worst while the development of the private industrial economic are the best.some economic zone appeared to inadequate inputs to use or not reached the maximum output elements,including state-owned industrial economy is particularly acute.Some economic zone appeared to the phenomenon that input key distribution and development needs do not match.Then,the paper take the changes of regional economy as a dynamic process,take the economic development of the whole country as the frame of reference,divide regional economy itself into share component,structure deviation component and competitiveness deviation component with reference to the ownership structure adjustment and reform,to explain the reason of the regional economic development and recession.Evaluate the regional economic structure effect and the strength of the competitive strength,and determine the reasonable direction of the future economic development and the principle of economic structure adjustment.The fifth,in view of the main body which relate to the ownership adjustment,put the central government,local government,and other microscopic main body into tripartite game model,and analysis every main body's strategy under different situations.The results show that the absence of the local government lead to the game of the central government and the microscopic main body cannot achieve the optimal,or there will be a solve for the problems of the central government and micro main body so as to promote the reform of the ownership structure.Finally,the article put forward policy Suggestions in view of the system of ownership structure on the whole industrial economy and the impact of regional industrial economy,based on the quantitative analysis from the third to the sixth chapter,the suggestions to adjust the ownership structure are mainly from the aspects of industrial economic development direction,regional ownership structure adjustment,the adjustment of the central government and local government policy.
