| As our country entering into the rapid development stage,infrastructure construction which resulted from investment pulling and urbanization facilities establishment has become the main factor to fuel economic growth.Since 2008,the construction industry has played an increasingly prominent role in China's national economic development.The production activities of the construction industry created great wealth to the society but it brought a big problem in wasting and high carbon emission.How to realize the sustainable development of construction industry are becoming hot issues which are generally concerned by scholars.Lean Construction is an important theory,methods and technology of which people try to solve the problems mentioned above in the way.The core idea of Lean Construction is to minimize the waste and maximize the customer value.Some countries practice showed that the application of Lean Construction was able to reduce waste and no value-added activities in the building production,increased revenue and improved customer value.Basing on the actual situation that China's construction enterprises implemented Lean Construction,China's construction enterprises lag far behind Western countries whatever from theoretical research or practical application.So in the process of implemented Lean Construction,what ' s the influence path to enterprises adoption intension?And how to approach the decision-making model of Lean Construction technology?This article studied about those problems.And the main research work and conclusions were as follows:The first part analyzed the external influence factors of implementation Lean Construction technology adoption in construction enterprises.This part gave a literature analysis,based on detailed clarify of Lean Construction theory and other related technology adoption theories in domestic and overseas,and categorized external influence factor within the framework of T-O-E theory.The research result shows that influences of the environment are pressures of trend and competition;organizational factors are organizational cultures,management support,and resources supply;while the technique factors include technical fitment and organization compliant.All three aspects are integrated and inseparable,and constitute the TAM model.The second part designed the model of Lean Construction technology adoption intention in construction enterprises.Integrating both model T-O-E and model TAM from the angle of construction enterprises,this part designed the concept model and put forward the research assumption of it.Under this basis,it developed the scales with variables about concept model,designed the questionnaires and implemented them.Finally,using the empirical analysis,it validated the model which is effective and reasonable from three aspects which includes inner-scores reliability test,validity test,and SEM.The results indicate that only the organization scale factor is not influence on adoption intentions,and other assumptions were passed the inspection,and the proposed concept model can be used to better explain the influence path of LC technology adoption intention for construction enterprises.The third part designed the model of Lean Construction technology adoption decision-making for construction enterprises.Applying simulation analysis and comparison of SVM algorithm and BP neural network algorithm,this part used the SVM theory as well as the methods to build the prediction model of Lean Construction technology adoption decision-making for construction enterprises,which shows good coherence and prediction accuracy by verifying with examples of construction projects.Results show that model analysis fits the decision of examples.The decision-making model is practical and effective.In the end,the deficiencies of this paper are indicated,followed with outlook of the study about Lean Construction technology adoption for construction enterprises. |
