Knowledge intensive team is a significant organization form of enterprise innovation. In knowledge intensive team, knowledge is the indispensable resources for team's existence and development; especially knowledge in team level, which is referred to team knowledge in this thesis, is the vital resources to enhance innovation capability of enterprises. Team knowledge is not the sum of team members' personal knowledge, but is generated by efficient knowledge interaction among team members. Affection plays an important role in knowledge interaction and has indispensable influence on team knowledge formation consequently. So how the affection impacts team knowledge's formation and development is what this thesis concerns.Modern emotional psychology claims that affection is the core element of human spiritual life which organizes and dominates human thinking and behavior and it plays an important role in realizing organizational goals. In knowledge intensive team, affection arises from knowledge interaction and it in turn promotes or restricts knowledge interaction, which has positive or negative influence on team knowledge formation. Therefore, how to enhance the positive effect of affection on team knowledge formation is essential for team building and team management.In this thesis, knowledge intensive team considered as research object, according to existing knowledge management, organizational behavior and psychology theories, and the influence of affection on team knowledge formation as the core question is studied. Specific contents are as follows:(1) Representation and measurement of team knowledge. It includes defining team knowledge, analyzing the composition of team knowledge, proposing representation model and measure method of team knowledge. Finally a practical example is given to utilize proposed model and method. These above contents are the basis and premise of this core question.(2) A computational experiment model of affection influencing team knowledge formation is proposed. Firstly according to analyzing the generating process of personal affection and team knowledge, the conceptual models of knowledge intensive team and team member are established. Secondly a member as agent, agent's attributes and rules are modeled based on agent modeling technology, including affection's definition, computational characteristics, calculation method and its influence on member's behaviors. Then a computational experiment model of affection influencing team knowledge formation (short for CEM-AITKF) is raised and its effectiveness is verified by qualitative method of black box testing. The above contents provide method and model for core question study.(3) Computational experiments of the influence of affection on team knowledge formation and results analysis are discussed. CEM-AITKF is utilized to study the process of affection formation, the process of team knowledge formation, the influence of affection on team knowledge formation and its mechanism. Computational results show that affection plays an irreplaceable role on team knowledge formation and has different effects on knowledge interaction in various team development stages. The adopted research method has extended new ideas of knowledge management, emotion management and team building researc.The research results provide decision supports for team building and management, which have important theoretical and practical significance to enhance innovation capability of enterprises by promoting the positive effect of affection on team knowledge formation.
