Governments worldwide in the world have generally recognized the importance of developing sustainable economy, sustainable ecology and sustainable society. Through sustainable development strategy, the sustainable development of economy and society and ecological environment is considered. For our country, the per capita resources are relatively scarce, the ecological environment is deteriorating, and the traditional extensive economic growth pattern has not been completely successful. Most countries in the world are responsible for the entire life cycle of products through environmental legislation, while there are also a series of preferential measures to encourage enterprises to recycle materials, reduce emissions, reduce consumption; as the market gradually mature, consumers enjoy more and more rights in the process of consumer activities, often will not meet the requirements of their own products to return, which promote the generation and rapid development of closed-loop supply chain. Along with the development of closed-loop supply chain, how to manage the closed-loop supply chain is an effective way for the supply chain management.First, this paper considers the market maker and a retailer, the manufacturer is responsible for the production of products, and through direct sales channels to sell products directly to consumers, and to provide services to consumers, as well as through traditional channels to wholesale price sold to retailers, retailers to provide consumers with retail services. Based on this, a dual channel supply chain model is established to provide services to consumers, and to explore the pricing and service strategy of manufacturers and retailers in the dual channel supply chain. The results show that the direct selling price and retail price, the service level and the service level of retail channel in the two kinds of competitive structure have influence on the profit of the manufacturer and retailer, the demand and the retail channel.Secondly, the paper considers the market, which is composed of a manufacturer and a retailer, the manufacturer is responsible for producing the product, and sells the product directly to the consumer through the direct selling channel, and the wholesale price is sold through the traditional channel. A dual channel supply chain model based on remanufacturing is established, and the pricing of the retailer and the manufacturer and the retail service strategy are discussed. Considering the decision and decentralization of the central decision-making, we prove that the retail service has an important influence on the pricing of the manufacturer and retailer. The analysis proves the conclusion that the relationship between direct selling price, wholesale price, retail price, retail price, retail service and consumer's loyalty.Thirdly, this paper considers a market consisting of a manufacturer and a retailer, which is responsible for the production of products, sold at wholesale price through traditional channels, while the manufacturer sells the product directly to consumers through direct sales channels and provides services to customers through direct sales channels. A dual channel supply chain model is established by a manufacturer and a retailer, and the manufacturer's service strategy and pricing strategy of the manufacturer and the retailer are also discussed. The results show that the model can be found in the decision making and decentralized decision making. The model has the effect on the pricing decision of the manufacturer and the retailer. The conclusion is verified by the example analysis. The relationship of direct selling price, wholesale price, retail price, recovery rate, producer service and consumer's loyalty is analyzed.
