Natural resources is the lifeblood of human society survival and development. The contradiction of natural resources tension of human society is growing, and the crisis has begun to appear:The non-renewable resources, such as energy minerals resources, metal minerals resources, and nonmetallic minerals resources, are on the verge of exhaustion, and the renewable resources are also showing a significant weakening trend. Human society is facing with natural resources unsustainable crisis. China's situation is even more severe, China's natural resources situation has the following disadvantages:not only many kinds of natural resources per capita is far lower than the world average level, but also many kinds of natural resources quality is low, and efficiency of natural resource development and utilization is low, and natural resources distribution is not balanced in the geographical space. The natural resources, environment, ecology and economic growth are inseparable interactive relationship, so it can not receive a good comprehensive effect to research on the problem of natural resources simply. So,it is particularly important,to explore the problem of China's total factor resource efficiency evaluation from the perspective of green growth, to take "natural resources-environment-ecology-economic growth" the complex system integrated into a unified analysis framework under consideration, to study effectively the efficiency problems of the process of natural resources extraction, processing, using and recycle-using, to improve greenly the efficiency of natural resources in china, to provide decision references and theory supports for the transformation to green growth pattern of the sustainable utilization of resources. Based on the above considerations, this doctoral dissertation has made a series of useful exploration in these fields.Firstly, this dissertation directs the limitation of the conception of resource productivity, gives a definition of total factor resource efficiency; combines with the theory of total factor productivity, the total production function of considering the natural resources and the principle of the Cobb-Douglas production function, combines with the theory of material flow analysis, energy flow analysis and resource flow analysis, structures improved material flow analysis model of natural resources, and structures the evaluation indicator system of total factor resource efficiency on the basis of the model; based on the green growth theory, structures the evaluation indicator system of total factor resource efficiency from the perspective of green growth.Next, according to the evaluation indicator system of total factor resource efficiency from the perspective of green growth, which is built above; and combines the input-output indicator of the branch system with the DEA model, thus, structures total factor resource efficiency evaluation model from the perspective of green growth; and then tokes the empirical test and analysis on the basis of China's national level and provincial level data. The empirical results confirm that the total factor resource efficiency evaluation model from the perspective of green growth is scientific and reasonable. Empirical results based on national level data indicates that:in the years of 1953-2013, China's total factor resource efficiency is in the fluctuation condition of peaks and troughs appeared alternately, the period of the great leap forward and the great cultural revolution is two trough, it is rising steadily after the year 1981, and has a slight fluctuation; the created economic performance of natural resources development and utilization in China is not high, the characteristic of extensive economic development mode is very obvious; environment condition of China has experienced "good-poor-deterioration-improvement-fluctuation-re-improvement-re-fluctuation'" stage of ups and downs; pay too much attention to the exploitation and utilization of natural resources, ecological value and environmental value of natural resources is neglected. Empirical results based on provincial level data indicates that:in the years of 2006-2013, total factor resource efficiency of provincial region presented "lower step" distribution law which is reduced gradually from southeast to northwest; The economic efficiency of natural resources are positively related to total factor resource efficiency in the provincial regions; The environmental efficiency of the natural resources is mostly lower than the economic efficiency of the natural resources in the provincial regions; The ecological efficiency of the natural resources is positively related to the environmental efficiency of the natural resources in the provincial regions.Then, the existing research and literature is analyzed and summarized systematically, and gets the overall influence factors of resource efficiency from the perspective of green growth; and to identify the key influence factors of resource efficiency from the perspective of green growth using the logical analysis method; to build econometrics model based on this, to conduct model parameter estimation and model testing, thus, the key influence factors of resource efficiency from the perspective of green growth is defined. Research results show that:the technology progress, the resource consumption structure, the industrial structure and the urbanization process, of the four factors have a significant positive impact on resource efficiency improvement in the national level and the provincial level; the opening degree have a significant positive impact on resource efficiency improvement in the provincial level; the government influence have a significant negative influence on resource efficiency improvement in the national level and the provincial level; the ownership structure have a significant negative influence on resource efficiency improvement in the provincial level.Finally, according to the problems which are shown in the research results and the research conclusion of this dissertation, in line with the idea of "natural resources-environment-ecology-economic growth" positive interaction and coordinated development, this dissertation gives some suggestions on how to improve China's natural resources efficiency from the perspective of green growth, to promote China's natural resources efficiency to upgrade greenly, and to promote green growth and sustainable development.
