The performance improvement of wireless network is obtained by flexible interoperability between existing and emerging systems.Recently,hybrid handoff architectures have begun to support sufficient quality of service(Qo S),have gained more attention in wireless system design.But seamless access in hybrid architecture is a major issue in terms of connectivity-handoff initiation and resource sharing.The aim of this thesis is to define a solution offering to the end-users seamless mobility in a multi-radio access technology environment.One of the main challenges in next generation is to integrate technologies to provide seamless connectivity with guaranteed quality of service(Qo S)to mobile user “anytime anywhere” and with any device”.Furthermore,on the other way research is analyze heterogeneous network framework to provide seamless connectivity and data transfer between various network technologies.This framework provides(Qo S)for seamless heterogeneous network architecture,the heterogeneous network of wireless communication is expected to integrate potentially a large number of heterogeneous wireless technologies which could be considered a huge step forward towards a universal seamless access.One of the main challenges for seamless mobility is the availability of reliable horizontal(intra-system),and vertical(inter-system),hand off schemes,efficient handoff schemes enhance the quality of service and provide flawless mobility,such as heterogeneous network is ubiquitous,it means that,the Ubiquitous data service has ability to provide access and information,voice and multimedia sessions.Today’s emerging multimedia application has many requirements in terms of quality of service and users always want to be best connected to satisfy these demands,a variety of access technologies has become available Wi-Fi(Wireless Fidelity),WIMAX(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave access),and Cellular networks.This has made it difficult for service provider to select the best network for requesting services and to control the quality level of ongoing connections.Thus,users have access to different types of wireless access networks,which the challenge is to make such multiple access networks cooperate to have ubiquitous access and enhanced user quality of services.In addition,according to the previous points,researcher is looking to develop authentication integrated architecture with minimum handover latency will be suitable for seamless roaming in future heterogeneous wireless network.A key issue in such heterogeneous network is also the possibility of roaming to administrative domains with which a mobile nodes home domain does not have a reestablished roaming agreement.Furthermore,dynamic roaming agreement may need to be facilitated in such an environment to ensure seamless roaming,We described many faces of newII technology in 4 generation and future wireless network.Researcher also has focusing his main idea on integrated solution for seamless connectivity and authentication between the separated modalities significantly.Hence,on this research we provide new hot issues in future wireless network in the term of Self Management for access points Coverage Optimization in Future heterogeneous wireless network.The key goal of this work is to propose a flexible solution to manage heterogeneous networks assuming a high level of integration among them.This relevant characteristic should be handled opportunistically,since the jointly management of these different wireless access nodes will enhance the overall user experience and the network operator management efficiency indicator,from the network capacity up to their energy efficiency gains.The research work also has its focus on access network selection models and integrated mobility support in heterogeneous wireless networks.The access network selection problem is about deciding IF,“when and where”,to switch over a connection from one wireless access network to another.Integrated mobility support deals with providing help for roaming users to find new networks automatically and to allow for seamless mobility.The overall aim has been to enable global roaming between access networks within an operator’s domain,as well as across operators with minimal requirements for network upgrades using relevant indictors.Thesis divided into three parts: In the first part we address the role of user in the convergence of heterogeneous wireless access technologies characterizes the 4G and future heterogeneous wireless networks in such converged system.However,the seamless and efficient hand off between different access technologies-vertical handoff is essential and remains a challenge problem,the heterogeneous co-existence of access technologies with large different characteristics create a decision problem of determining the best available network at the best time to reduce the unnecessary handoff,proposal dynamic decision model make the right vertical hand off decisions by determining the” best “ network at“best” time among available networks,based on dynamic factors such as “ received single strength”(RSS)” of network and “velocity ”of mobile station simultaneously with static factors like link capacity offered bandwidth,and power consummation.The model not only meets the individual users needs but also improve the whole system performance by reducing the unnecessary handoffs.In the second part of this research we consider the role of network control in the inter-system mobility management.Thus,users have access to different type of wireless access network,which often as for study WLAN and cellular system coexist.The challenge is to make such multiple access networks to cooperate to have ubiquities access and enhanced user quality of services(Qo S).Furthermore,this part also providing intelligent methods and given explanation of interoperability of users switch in different networks on flawless connectivitymoving.The hybrid intelligent algorithms genetic algorithms is cooperated with the fuzzy logic interpretation algorithms for to enhancing the requirement,expected working in flawless and gives a users high confidentiality insurance in the domain of the quality of service(Qo S).The scheme on this research is present a logic intelligent framework with compatibility access as integrated with the global access to allow inter-technology mobility by the introduced wireless mesh overlay network,which is present a top of current and “future” networks.The proposed architecture on this research is controlling all the aspect related to the mobility management.Finally,part three is provides general overviews about network selection and gives the concept of new intelligent methods techniques,making users more seamless roaming in global network domain.Also,the researchers propose some algorithms for enhancing and improving the probability of user’s connectivity.The chapter present auto network configuration or self motivation,this chapter is present a core part of this research in future wireless network,provides a techniques methods and strongest planning for future architecture,to provide advantages hierarchical networks,therefore,the networks it can be installed and working in different environment,however,researcher on this field looking for to give some logical factors to analyze and reducing a real time to all users,when is attempt to establish connection,in the other way also to solve the problem of the resource limitation during a time of connection.The weakness factors of general problems of most hierarchical multi connection of networks environmental is considering as mostly for risk management between administrator global domain and must supplier or customers,this problems comes from different multi-new technology standers,we examine the interworking and roaming solution across independent access networks using intermediary entities.The main idea and general work on this research,researcher focusing to give optimizing solutions for the risk operation in infrastructures of different side in multi domains controller.In order,present intelligent future plan for the next generation network.Finally,is “a conclusion and futures work research planning”,researcher gives a general summarizing of the research work,look up and highlight the main points which are an appointment in the research field,advantages and disadvantages work.However,we recommended future points of the study plan for future work of the heterogeneous wireless networks expected to gives future heterogeneity model better efficiency of seamless roaming and reduce the impact of previous models.
