As a new type of remote sensing technology with high speed development in recent years,the laser 3D imaging Radar has concentrated in the field of the civil surveying of point dection and line-column detections,because of the channel restriction of array detectors,the research of array detectors has not been paid much attention.This system tries to explore the key technology of realizing high frame frequency and wide reception,and completes the construction of the prototype system based on the high frame frequency and wide reception laser 3D active imaging Radar for the array detectors.At the same time,the application of MEMS mirror in miniature laser 3D imaging Radar system is researched.This paper mainly revolves around the design requirements of the array 3D imaging laser Radar prototype,and proposes the laser beam illumination to realize the registration of transmitting beam and detector image element,and adopts the optical system of receiving and trans mitting common caliber and facilitates the miniaturization integration of the system.High precision laser ranging technology for array detectors,the error composition of laser ranging is analyzed in detail,the temperature compensation technology of the opposite array detectors,the low noise echo amplification technique and the constant ratio timing technology are studied.The high accuracy ranging experiment is designed based on the unit detector and the array detectors,and the experimental results are analyzed.The main results and innovations are listed below:(1)By using the Dammam grating,the laser beam-beam illumination is realized,and the registration relation of APD array image elements and laser detecting spot is realized,and the volume of optical head is narrowed by the optical system of transmitting and receiving common aperture.(2)By researching low noise amplification technology,automatic temperature compensation technology,constant ratio timing technology and peak retention circuit,the parallel high-speed processing technology of small array detectors are solved,and the measurement results of high accuracy of the array detectors are realized.(3)In the field of three-dimensional imaging engineering application of the array APD detectors,it has made useful explorations in the principle prototype test of single-beam emission pulse without scanning,and obtains the image data of the target of the detecting surface array,and obtains the ideal result.(4).Analyzes the application of MEMS mirror to the miniature laser imaging Radar,and proposes a coaxial optical system with the secondary optical amplification system.
