In the connectivity of the Internet age,all content production way of context,as well as the relationship between structure,radical changes have taken place.In good and bad-mouthing TV extreme opinion in the future,we may ignore the TV media as the awakening of the actors is reflective of the organization.The competitiveness of the television media by the content of the transmission level(hard power)and the spread of the relationship between level(soft power)of two parts.We always pay attention to the spread of the content.With the media rapidly upgrading,people began to realize that communication relationship cannot be ignored,the effects of relationship has become one of the big features of the current communication activity.In this paper,we maintain the importance of communication relationship on the television media and production,and build stakeholder relations based on the theory of social embedded.This paper focuses on TV study of triple-dimensions relationship with customers,competitors,government,and confirms the emotions,interests and responsibility respectively three core value elements in order to establish the matching relationships with emotional resonance,interests symbiosis,collaborative governance,setting up good relationships with embedded relational structure on the external environment.Associations between TV media and users,the key factor is to be adapted to its embedding mechanism.TV producer could cultivate new content,situation and space-time consumption form,become one-mentional allocution for embedded two-way dialogue relations strengthening and mutually embedded between user and infiltration,realize win-win situation of user requirements and television development goal,and create a "sharing" career between producers and users to generate mutual respect and deep into the community through creating content products and forming new relationship based on community construction,Of TV media to build relationships with competitors,research suggests that both the starting point for the connection to form the pluralistic development of the mutual capacitance path,presenting complex symbiotic relationship with memory,multi-dimensional fusion.TV could build connected?interactive?the double value of exchange network to form forceful and sustained relationship to adjust the structure to realize integration of external resources to collaborative development,to establish a strong connection and bridge connection relations to achieve the profit pattern of cooperation with the system innovation so as to create community of interests embedded with partners and symbiotic relationship of the development of the integration.On TV and the government governance and service,the construct embedded point for social responsibility is to promote synergy governance of values,building a system of transmission accountability based on the dual system of television and government such as responsibility,justice,participation,response,and embedded by the national development path,the embedded system to realize "embedded governance" to improve the ability of government governance,forming equal dialogue with negotiation and cooperation rule governing a new picture bewteen television and government committed to build a community of responsibility.This paper focuses on the ideal communication relationship,trying to find the way of the development of modern TV media.Research suggests that relationship building and operating can help to form stable organizational structure and market structure,to mobilize all internal and external resources,to gain competitive advantage for the sustainable development of TV.We build a healthy relationship community with "Internet +"the new normal structure,forming relationships with various stakeholders benefit of value sharing network.How to transform TV media in new media envirment?There is no satisfactory answer for the moment.This paper attempts to focus on ontology theory and basic research to provide some reference to our country society of TV transmission from the embedded relationship reconstruction.
