As the progress of microwave remote sensing and wireless technique, usable spectrum gets increasingly crowded. Radio frequency interference(RFI) has become a major obstacle to applications in microwave remote sensing. This thesis focuses on L band radiometer, studies the detection algorithms of RFI on microwave radiometer.At the beginning, the research achievements of RFI detection approaches in and abroad are introduced, together with the sources and the classifications of RFI. Then, the simulation platform of detecting RFI on L band radiometer is established, which includes the radiometer channel model and input signal model. In the following chapter, the article specifies the theories of kurtosis detection algorithm, power detection algorithm and subband division detection algorithm. Based on the previous simulation platform of RFI detection, the validity of the three RFI detection algorithms is verified. For the last part, the microwave radiometer and the signal devices are put into RFI detection experiments, confirming the validity of previous three RFI detection algorithms further. Whereafter, the performances of three RFI detection algorithms on different signals and varying parameters are assessed.
