Currently, the ongoing information revolution has merged modern information technology into the whole process of knowledge activities, and triggered profound revolutionary changes to each critical stage in knowledge production, communication and usage process:On one hand, numerous document resources are digitalized and put online to fulfill the need of fast and convenient broadcast in information society; On the other hand, as numerous digitalized and online document resources become easily accessed, copied and broadcast, the redundant resources increase tremendously. Lacking deep organization and normal control of digital resources, in the ocean of information as we may be, we are facing the awkward situation of "overflowing information but inadequate knowledge".Under such circumstances, great challenges arise in the organization, management and service of digital resources. The effective knowledge discovery and knowledge organization of digital resources, and further management of digital resources on the semantic level, will not only improve the usage efficiency, service quality and promote the development and advancement of digital resource management, but also contribute to the great project of national innovative country construction.Therefore, the thesis introduced Semantic Co-word Analysis to study the aggregation methodology of digital resources. The basic purpose is, from semantic perspective, to do theme aggregation of digital resources through co-word analysis, and offer methodological exploration for organization and management practice of digital resources.The thesis consists of7chapters; the main content of each chapter is as follows:Introduction. Firstly, it introduces and interprets research background and significance of the thesis. Secondly, domestic and foreign research status on co-word analysis and digital resource aggregation are summarized and commented. Lastly, it introduces the structure, main content, major research methods, thinking route and intended innovations of the thesis.Chapterl Digital resource aggregation and its basic theories. Together with Chapter2, it constitutes the theory part of the thesis. Firstly, it presents relatively full introduction on conceptions like digital resource, digital resource aggregation, digital resource diffusion etc. and distinguishes some related but different conceptions; Secondly, it induces and summarizes the basic theory and research perspective of digital resource aggregation; Lastly, it studies the main methods and related technologies of digital resource aggregation; The chapter presents the basic theory and structure for the whole paper.Chapter2Digital resource aggregation theory and methodology based on co-word analysis. After a thorough introduction and analysis of co-word analysis, the paper put forward basic theory and specific method on digital resource aggregation from perspective of co-word analysis.Chapter3Construction of Semantic Co-word analysis model. Together with Chapter4, it constitutes the method part of the paper. Firstly, based on related studies, the paper put forward the route for combining knowledge management tools like conception knowledge database, expert knowledge database etc. to co-word analysis so as to realize semantic co-word analysis, and discusses the theoretical background, significance, specific practical methods and the target key problems of semantic co-word analysis; Lastly, the chapter offers the basic model of semantic co-word analysis.Chapter4Semantic co-word analysis model based on topic maps. This chapter introduces topic maps and related theories. It analyzes the feasibility of combining conception knowledge database, expert knowledge database into co-word analysis and put forward semantic co-word analysis model based on topic maps. Lastly, take "informetrics" as an example; it implements the discipline conception knowledge database construction based on topic maps.Chapter5Thematic aggregation and recommendation service based on semantic co-word analysis. This chapter is the empirical research part. Firstly, it gives an empirical research on thematic aggregation of domestic informetrics literature using semantic co-word analysis; Secondly, using the previous analysis results, it put forward the main methods for semantic annotation of digital resource in domestic informetrics area based on thematic aggregation, i.e. integrated aggregation method for digital resource with themes as the core element; Lastly, it presents the design of digital resource recommendation platform based on thematic aggregation and introduces the platform related thoughts and structure prototype.Chapter6This chapter is the research summarization and future work part. It generalizes and summarizes the main conclusions and problems of the thesis, which is followed by the anticipation and design for future work.
