The effectiveness of moral education is the value generation of moral education.Moral Education is a process of creating values,it's a practical activity which people shape at the process of their understanding and reforming things in the ideological & moral education field.The essence of moral education is a process of generating value expectation;It satisfies the subject's certain demands and needs through the activity of creating values.Since the target of its subject,purpose,object,core is people themselves,it is the human that being the original point and destination of moral education.Therefore,we learn that the moral education is the process to create and multiply "human's value".It is an activity that demonstrates the theory of “conceptual existence” from the main body of moral education's theory diagram to become the objective things.However,only describing the moral education's value which created by moral education's subject in a static and direct way is go against with the principle of dialectics.The current situation and tendency of moral education require us to understand and learn the activity of moral value education exactly from a higher level with forming every dynamic elements of it.So that we can gain the final results which benefit the moral education subject.Moral education is a complex system which combined by subject?object,medium part,recycle part and other different factors;It is a sum which achieves the relationship among every basic part of moral value education;It is a group which included the moral education activity and moral value education's process.The substance of moral value education actually is a procedure to make the education improve its ideological and moral character by the interaction of transforming between the subject and the object with the influence of moral education environment.Doing so is to develop a good behavior habit,then make 'human's value' come true and multiply.The essence of moral value education is that the subject's substantial strength becomes objectification.By the influence of subject to the object to change the object's content and form and then make it become the existence of human being.Meanwhile,the cycling part and the medium part need to make adjustments with each otherto meet the subject's requirement.Moral value education should be in line with the unity of purposiveness and regularity,following with the combination of rationality and irrationality.The purposiveness of moral value education refers to moral education which was governed by the law of value.In other words,it is said that moral education should correspond with the subject's meet,and reflect the value demand of subject;The regularity of moral value education means that moral education ought to obey the scale of moral education activity.That's to say it should conform to the inherent regularity which exists in the moral value education and its working process.The rationality and irrationality of moral value education reflect the truth and the corresponding degree of value in the moral value education procedure.Moral value education has its own content from the target presetting,procedure controlling to the result generating.Its philosophical basis is that the social being determines social consciousness.Its setting of content should follow the principle of combination with tradition and modern,the Individual and group,the whole and the level.The process of moral value education is a procedure with dynamic generating.This procedure reflects the status of every element and the interaction of specific pattern.It is the coupling of each elements.Applying the contract point of view,the thesis discusses the relationship among moral value education,moral education's presetting target and the result of value creation.All of these need to evaluate the results whether it is in line with the implementation of object,and meets the subject's needs.Moral education isn't still,it always develops forward.How to adjust it and seize the developing direction of moral value education proactively? It requires us to deepen our knowledge of the developing tendency of moral value education.
