Agglomeration And Diffusion: Research On The Spatial Layout Of Colleges And Universities Under The Transformation Of Development Mode

In recent twenty years,“university city” has played important role in cluster scale of colleges and universities in China.As the fast urbanization in some areas,urban disease appeared and the way of agglomerate to certain urban was in doubt.The spatial distribution of colleges and universities under the influence of development strategy “urban-rural integration” was focused on.Spatial layout of universities should be adapted to transformation of economic development pattern.In orderto solve“city disease”,centrifugal diffusion should be given priority compared with centripetal agglomeration concentration.From the View of spatial layout of the historical development experienceof universities abroad,the pattern of the natural process under the market economy was discussed.From the view of universities layout influenced by planned economy,the advantages and disadvantages of universities layout in central city and the park was discussed.From the perspective of economic social,the realistic significance for the the economic and social development which was induced by universities spatial layout was discussed.From the case of typical cities and research park,experience and lessons of universities layout was summed.The relationship of Colleges and universities agglomeration and evacuation was analyzed and the rational distribution method was discussed in the view of high education and regional economics.These two forms made a big promoteion to rapid and stable development in lots of countrys with different economic system and stagesLayout Structure of universities under the social environment was discussed and the influencing factors on the disequilibrium phenomenon of higher layout were summed up.It shows that economic factor take the dominant position.Colleges and universities were considered as a special kind of city phenomenon and centrifugal diffusion was considerd as a good choice to keep the equalization of public services and citizen quality promotion.It is also proved by the coordinated development through Beijing、Tianjin and Hebei Province.
