Study On The Theories And Methods Of University Dynamic Performance Based On Sustainable Development Strategy

The Resolution of the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth National Congress puts forward that the comprehensive reform in education should be deepened to improve the internal development in higher education,which requires that the universities should effectively change their views about development,focus on the improvement of quality,and take reform and innovation as their motivations in order to pursue sound and sustainable development.University performance evaluation is of irreplaceable significance to their sustainable development as well as an important way to promote their development.This paper mainly analyzes universities'competitive environment,especially the environmental factors that influence their functional performance,and proposes to construct an university dynamic performance evaluation model based on sustainable development strategy so as to improve the high-quality development of China's higher education.This paper,based on the analysis of research situation at home and abroad as well as its development dynamic,combining China's international background,deeply explores the macro environment and business environment of university competition,and analyzes the theory and methods of university dynamic performance based on sustainable development strategy.The selection of sustainable development strategy of university dynamic performance,based on this,is theoretically proved,by comparing the international higher education development strategies.This paper,reveals the motivations of sustainable development strategy of " 985 " universities,that is,customer demand is the fundamental and external motivation of the formation about "985" universities' sustainable development strategy,and universities' dynamic performance is the internal motivation.Taking China's first thirty-four "985" universities as its samples,analyzes the relationship between university dynamic performance based on sustainable development strategy and social-economic development,constructs "985" universities dynamic performance evaluation model and index system based on the theory of human capital structure.By the theories of value equation and intuitionistic fuzzy,to verify the effectiveness and application value of the dynamic performance evaluation model based on university sustainable development strategy.The ranking results made by TOPSIS method and other performance evaluation fully verified the scientificalness and usefulness of the dynamic performance evaluation method based on the theory of human capital structure.The evaluation model based on the theory of intuitionistic fuzzy better describes the uncertainties that might appear in the dynamic performance evaluation process,and makes more reasonable evaluation.
