Communication between General education and vocational education is the important index for construct the modern vocational education system and achieve the modern education,considering the lack of the study of combination of theory and pratice on communication between general education and vocational education,we should pay attention on the horizontal communication between senior high school for general education and secondary vocational education immediately.Based on our Chinese conditions,I choose two different kinds of schools--senior high schools for general education and secondary vocational schools,the dynamic mechanism of the two kinds of schools is my study object and which is the basis of promoting “Everyone succeeds” 、sustained development of students and strengthen the talents cultivation.The aim of dynamic mechanism study is promote the communication force between the two kinds of schools.The force can improve the communication and form a new and organic whole on the stage of senior high school and promote the communication factors to form a power system and action path in orderly operation.The innovation point is clarifying the horizontal communication machanism of “general education in senior high school” and “secondary vocational education”.Mainly discuss the relationship between senior high schools for general education and secondary vocational schools which are characterized by scale development and type development.Early identification and cultivation on different types talents(academic、engineering、techanical and skilled talents)is important for promoting the structural reform of talents supply.The dynamic mechanism study is based on the view of “comprehensive and individual development” and “general education and vocational education should be taken as two different types of education to develop” and the Synergetics,holistic governance,multiple intelligences theory is the analysis foundation.Through the questionnaire and interview survey from many academicians,experts,educational administrators,teachers,students and others,I take the view and actions about two different types schools communication of teachers and students from four model senior high schools for general education and three secondary vocational schools as example,with the use of narrative research,action research and case studies to explore the relationship and dynamic system of various components in communication dynamic machanism and think about order parameter “core quality on the stage of senior high school” and “talents training overpass”,communication elements energy and communication path of communication elements.Through the study,I got the conclusion as the following: communication between the two kinds of schools will benefit the foundation of general education and vocational education cummunication and talents cultivation overpass and promote early talents identification and cultivation.Characteristic school construction and the supply of high-end technical talents will take advantages of the dynamic mechanism creation.The operation of the dynamic mechanism should pay attention on the idea “develop individually and at the same time develop through cooperation”,to achieve the balanced development with the chance of the 12 years shooling system reform.The limitation is the study is focus more on the qualitative research,if we apply it to the real life,we need more pratice and test.
