China is currently implementing the strategy of “Rule of law”,and working on building a socialist country under the rule of law,it involves both a reform of national governance and a necessary measure to promoting the modernization of national governance system and capabilities.In the construction of the country under the rule of law,institution is the precondition,a complete legal system is the foundation,the justice of judicature is the guarantee,While the key should be the citizens with higher legal quality.The citizens' legal concept and legal quality directly affect the process of the construction of the country under the rule of law.However,the general quality of Chinese citizens in the legal field is relatively far from the real demands that require a good popularization of legal ideas and regulations.We must set up the citizens' legal concept to meet requirements of the socialist country under the rule of law construction.While the legal concept is not born,so we must rely on education as the basic means to improve the citizen's legal quality.And it should be noted that higher education,whose target is university students,has a crucial role in the training of future citizens capable of reflecting and acting within the framework of the law.Therefore,it is necessary to penetrate into the studies of law-related education in universities,and it is an important subject in the process of Chinese construction of rule of law to discuss the problem of how to improve college students' legal quality.In 2016,it is the seventh five-year plan of the popularize law education,and regulations such as the general plan of action of governance by law and the general plan of the law of adolescents are gradually promulgated.In the situation of the socialist law system with Chinese characteristics has been built,China's construction of rule of law is pushing forward,constantly emphasis on law-related education,universities must actively respond to the demands of the state to integrate law-related education in the system of general education,and not only systematize the theories concerned law-related education of colleges,but also highlight the objective of colleges' law-related education.At the same time,based on the clarity of development of colleges' law-related education,combined with the actual characteristics of current college students and the actual situation of university,analyzing the existing problems of the development in colleges' law-related education,then improving the effect of colleges' law-related education in many ways.The full text is divided into six chapters:The first part is the introduction.It introduces the background and significance of research,review of domestic and foreign research,the structure and method of research,the innovation points and deficiencies.The second chapter introduces theories of colleges' law-related in China.First of all,this part interprets the connotation of rule of law,law-related education and colleges' law-related education;Systematically analysis theoretical basis of colleges' law-related education,it contains both legal theories of Marxism and westward and the socialist rule of law thought.This part provides the theoretical support for the follow-up research.The third chapter presents the history and the practice orientation of colleges' law-related education in China.This part Starting from the dimension of history,combined with the course of the popularize law education in China,then divided the history of colleges' law-related education into four stages,such as the period of tortuous development,exploration development,preliminary development and innovative development.And analyzing the motive force of development in colleges' law-related education,based on the different situation of each period,then summarize the practice orientation of colleges' law-related education,in order to provide experiences for optimizing the effect colleges' law-related education.The fourth chapter discusses successes and problems in colleges' law-related education.On the base of reviewing the development of colleges' law-related education in China,and combined with the questionnaire survey and field interview,then summarize the successes and problems of colleges' law-related education,and analyzing the cause of the problems,in order to promote the realistic basis for the path of optimizing the effect of colleges' law-related education.Chapter Five aims to present the current condition in foreign research of law-related education.We need to learn and draw lessons from developed countries in law-related education,in order to promote the process of Chinese construction of rule of law.This Chapter selects the representative of the United Kingdom,the United States,Japan and Singapore as the reference object,by deeply analysis the experience of these countries,to provide revelation for our colleges' law-related education..The sixth chapter introduces the path of optimizing the effect in colleges' law-related education.This part is the key point of full text,based on the problems and the reasons of colleges' law-related education,then explore the path of optimizing the effect of colleges' law-related education,by five aspects,such as strengthen the construction of subject and object in colleges' law-related education,optimizing the details of colleges' law-related education,expanding the channel of colleges' law-related education,strengthening the carrier construction of colleges' law-related education,creating a favorable environment for law-related education,finally to achieve the purpose of improving College students' legal quality by colleges' law-related education.
