The sports industry plays an important role in the overall development of our society.In the transition from political function to pluralistic function,the function of economy and national health promotion has been paid more and more attention,but the construction of social responsibility is still lagging behind.Super League as China's competitive sports industry,"the main force",its social influence continues to expand,social values have been more reflected,but from the perspective of social responsibility of the league is more scarce.This paper trying to answer the questions about Super League of the main social responsibility "What?Why?Which?How about the current situation and how to make it better?" To enhance the performance of the league to promote social progress to find a reliable path for the realization of the league and the community to provide a reference for collaborative development.This paper uses the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,Delphi and other research methods.Through the analysis of the connotation of enterprise and corporate social responsibility,this paper puts forward the concept of social responsibility of Super League,and the theory of social responsibility And the actual basis of the discussion;to build the Super League main social responsibility system;analysis of the main league in the development of social responsibility in the status quo and problems,and put forward the existing problems of the mechanism and causes;proposed Super League main social responsibility development strategy.Conclusion: Super League main body of social responsibility,refers to the Super League main body(China Football Association,Super League,participating club)based on its own rights,non-shareholder interest in the league's legal and moral obligations;Super League main social responsibility Of the legitimacy of: "competitive sports professionalism" under the responsibility of reform and development,Super League property rights and quasi-private product attributes corresponding to the value of the industry under the monopoly of the Super League income redistribution,realistic basis,including social needs and league sustainability This paper puts forward the social responsibility content framework of the Super League,and puts forward the characteristics of the social responsibility of the Super League,the way of action and the promotion mechanism.At present,the social responsibility subject of the Super League is present.The problems include the lack of social responsibility,lack of utilitarian thought,the obvious characteristics of passive responsibility,and the difficulty of correctly guiding and effectively inspiring the performance of the club.The way of disclosure is difficult to realize the exchange of information between the subject and the object and enhance the responsibility of each club Power;The lack of checks and balances of the social responsibility subject and object is the formation factor of these problems,the internal governance structure is not perfect and the main group of the external stakeholders is the main cause of the problem;Super League main social responsibility Development strategy is: improve the governance structure,adjust the governance objectives,accelerate the formation of stakeholder groups.
