Crisis is objective existence. The outbreak of crisis will bring losses to the people, and even cause disaster. However, the crisis also contains the possibility of improvement. As long as making good use of, we can change crisis into opportunity. Research of crisis should be emphasized, because it can lead people to achieve a better understanding of social crisis, find ways to prevent and defuse the real crisis, promote the formation of the correct sense of crisis, and finally enhance sensitivity to the crisis to improve the ability of people to guard against the crisis. Similarly, the emphasis of study on education crisis, also can explore new ways to guard against and defuse education dangerous, so as to guarantee a better education and training, which will put into positive energy for social developmentIn reference on present achievements of others and based on the perspective of people-centered, this study focuses on the person's comprehensive free and elegant healthy development. Taking those four thoughts, subjectivity education, multicultural education, life-long education and Noddings' caring education as the basic instructions, this dissertation will firstly describe our country's current education crisis phenomenon in more detail, and then have a comprehensive analysis of the reason, finally will makes a deep thinking in response to resolve, with those methodology using of literary data analysis, system analysis and philosophy hermeneutics.This study argues the current crisis:there is a kind of education in our country due to the lack of humanistic spirit and human's subjectivity education, cause the alienation of individual level highlight, the separation and quality not satisfied, as well as the social education development imbalance, polarization of inequality and not adapt to social requirements. If these conditions are not timely and effectively to be improved, it can make the quality of the population decline, increasingly intensify social contradictions, which will be a serious threat to the people's peace and fine daily life and even national security. This crisis is caused by a variety of reasons, from the concept level, mainly on people's neglect, misreading, and misunderstanding of education and their utilitarian value orientation; From system level, mainly is the school system, appraisal system and other related system is not reasonable; From the practical level, mainly is the unified thought misuse, life arrangement is not reasonable, the quality of educators, etc. Although the cause reason of crisis is very complex, its resolves are possible. We have good conditions of dissolve the crisis. Thought and politic liberation are emphasized for decades and China's national strength is steadily increasing. We see such a society that the concept of scientific development, human rights into the constitution and the practice of the new education idea become true reality. With the deepening of the globalization, scientific and technological progress, economic development of the security, conditions of deepening reform in education will be more mature.Through the depth study on Chinese education crisis, this dissertation will underline these issues, such as the concepts updating, system status reforms, rights and guarantees that can guard against and defuse the crisis. As a result, the dissertation will try to discuss some effective measures that can play positive roles in resolving our education crisis. At the same time, this dissertation would like to appeal more people to concern about the education practice and education crisis research, and also expects to take more acts of top-level design and strategic thoughts in the education reform and progress. It is a smart way that every step in the education reform must be practical and ensure the basic support.
